It's easier if you're in firefox, it's just right click on the image and view background image.
If you're in IE, right click on the thumbnail and get the link to it, then remove the "_83x64" in the filename.

On Firefox browser you right click image and click view background image,you'll get the pic in a window all by itself, then right click and you'll have save option
On AOL right click image and click save background as

or you could print screen it and crop it, but thats a little more work.
