I think that JBL is amazingly funny. I remember that Ashley was having a match against Jillian and she did a reversal.
Cole: WOW, what a reversal by Ashley! (Serious)

As much as I've loved listening to JR over the years,
I have to say Bobby Heenan, as he was truly one-of-a-kind. Absolutely hilarious commentator with Gorilla and one of the greatest managers of all-time, too.
