Hello, I want to go to a Live Event in Hammond Indiana, the Tickets are already on sale. I was wondering, what is the best way to get good seat tickets? Telephone, Ticketmaster.com, Going to the Place and getting them? Or another way?

well since they are already on sale...if you want the best possible seats...you're best bet is to wait until a few days before or the day of the show to see what up close tickets get released. But that is a minor risk.

try stubhub. you may be paying a lil more, but its worth it cuz i got screwed over on ticketmaster and it was nearly impossible to get a ticket. stubhub got me floor seats for $15-20 more than ticketmaster charged, and i didnt get a lame 2-minute deal or get screwed over with a damn "javascript error" thing
Stubhub > Ticketmaster 90% of the time

When I went to a show in 2004 I had pretty good seats but I actually had to go to the building to get them.

Cop Killa,
In my experience and from what I've heard from various people it really doesn't matter, but I usually keep checking TM because I can usually get good seats, but also there are times when I've worked in the vicinity of the arena so I'd go and check with them, but I've heard of some people getting really good seats the day of the show, so to me it's just luck.
