I have the People's Court on right now and the defendant walks in and his witness is none other than the Mouth Of The South Jimmy Hart! Cool stuff.

What was he on the show for? Some guy was suing the owner of XWL or.. Some fed starting with X over Rent and Jimmy was there as a witness to the noise levels. |

The plantiff was suing the defendant for not making payments on a condo he was leasing. The defendant's reasoning was that there was construction going on, and it was too loud, and for those reasons, he didn't physically live there.
Jimmy Hart was there purely for the guy to try to win some popularity points with an "OMG a wressler is in my courtroom!" reaction. It didn't work. He lost the case, and all Jimmy Hart did was speak like he was cutting promos all over the place. "The ceiling looked like we were in a 20-man battle royal!" among other equally out-of-context comments.
...the defendant also emailed the plantiff a photo of himself shaking hands with Hulk Hogan. Also to gain some envy from SOMEONE, I imagine.

It is something about the appearance but nothing close to your wording. I see what you're saying. They must've just changed it. Aside from changing "wressler" to "wrestler" in my mock quote, it was a word-for-word copy/paste. Now it's the small blurb that they have there now. Like I said, I didn't care; it was just an odd thing to see. |

All these sites copy and paste from each other. You can find Ryan Clark's news all over multiple sites. Either he's a member here or someone sent it in to him for posting.
