Aside from Cena have many other "babyface" champions have recieved mixed reactions this much. The only ones I can think of off the top of my head are Shawn Michaels during survivor series 96 and the rock .

Hogan during some portions of his runs. Trust me, more than a few fans were sick of Hogan throughout his career.
There's kind of a big difference between what's going on with Cena/Hogan and the HBK/Rock situation.
Hogan/Cena weren't designed to get that reaction...while the Rock and HBK were.

I thought for sure HBK was going into survivor series 96 a face. The way everything was booked with sid hitting jose with the camera. I figured it was just NYC going against the usual.
