I was wondering, but say a TNA talent (AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, or someone NEVER EMPLOYED BY THE E) passed away, do you think WWE would aknolege it? I hope they would, but they might not so that WWE fans do not find out about TNA.
Thoughts?

If they were never employed by WWE, why would they?

Because, in my oppinoin, it would be sorta disrespectful, because TNA mentioned Benoit and Eddie.

When did TNA mention Benoit? On their website, for about 2 hours, until word got around that it was a double murder/suicide. Then it was quickly pulled from the site. In response to the original question: They only mention it if it was someone that made a HUGE impact on wrestling. The only person I could see that happening with now is Sting.

I could only really see Sting being the only never WWE employed wrestler in TNA that the WWE would mention.

"Technically" Sting was employed by WWE. WWE is made up of WWF, WCW, ECW, AWA, etc. and since he was employed by NWA and WCW Sting was employed by WWE, even though he really wasn't.

WWE isn't made up of all of those companies. WWE is WWE. Just because you acquire a promotion doesn't mean you are made up of them. For WWE to be made up of hose companies, it would mean that all of the companies got together, joined forces, and decided their new name was WWE. Also, WWE didn't acquire Sting's contract in the WCW purchase. They wanted him, but he wasn't part of the deal. That's why the Alliance had such a crapty WCW roster. The big WCW names weren't part of the deal, since they were signed with Time Warner deals, not WCW deals, if you can get what I mean.

id say yes.
TNA and WWE are both separate promotion, but theyre promoting the same thing: Wrestling.
A handful of WWE superstars and TNA superstars are acctually friends outside the business.
Vince isnt hearltess enough to oversee a death in the second largest wrestling promotion, just because theyre the un-official "rival" of WWE.

I think they might if they own footage of the guy. And WWE owns some WCW footage of Styles, so they might.

I belive Sting wasn't under contract with WCW he was under Ted Turner/Time Warner. That's why when they (WWE) bought out WCW they couldn't use him for the Invasion angle.
