I think it's odd that ever since the steroid issue has been pushed in the public eye that a ton of wrestlers are getting injured now??? Maybe these stars just can't peform right without their enhancements in their systems on a weekly/monthly basis (not necessarily roids but other enhancers on the list), I mean just look at the long line of injuries since the benoit situation unfolded..... on a side note.....Did anyone else notice that Candice wasn't acting normal Monday? She is usually full of energy and when she came out she didn't even really do her full routine entrance (lack luster at best), I thought she was feeling bad before the match even started and then after her fall I am certain that there is more to the story (not drug related but possibly that she shouldn't have been in the ring that night to begin with). Anyone else?

Candice had easily one of her best matches ever. I don't know what you're talking about.
And I think since there has been no/less steroids, less injuries have been going on. Granted yes, Cena, and stuff..but come on. In general, hes the exception to the rule.

If you mean to imply that Candice is on 'roids you must be on something yourself.

Steroids DO NOT reduce injuries. Careful wrestling reduces injuries.

Steroids, if anything, usually increase injuries

Steroids help recover faster from injuries. They don't necessarily increase or reduce them.

Lord knows I fall down and hurt myself all the time if I don't take my roids.
I'm guessing they told Candice to tone down the energy in her entrance because she looks like a spaz.

I don't think there is a correlation between steroids and injuries.

Yeah great Mathc by Candice i thought...even though the match was scheduled to go for another 10 mins or so (and who knew what the result was supposed to be?) as WWE filmed the whole injury thing throughout when they could've easily went to a commercial.
People can say as much as they want about Candice's wrestling ability, but truth me told she is nothing compared to the likes of Beth, Chyna, Lita (early days) or Trish...the worst female wrestler today who should never grace a ring is Michelle MCCool *shudders*

Anyone else? actually your more likely to be injured while on steroid due to the extra weight, and the water in the joints and such then while you are on it, and safe to say candice is not on steriods she slipped nad fell wrong and landed right no her sholder... I think your totaly off on your assumption. Steroids are more for astetics then anything else, yes they can add strength, and help you heal faster, but its not like they are a mirical drug.

You wanna say that Candice is on the roids? Look at Beth Pheonix

Michelle McCool is getting pretty good actually. A far cry from the worst ever, have you even seen WEW?

I'm guessing they told Candice to tone down the energy in her entrance because she looks like a spaz. it was a big match situation and basically im guessing the blowoff match to her feud with beth phoenix so they probably wanted her to look more serious and yes, less spastic

I'm not saying candice was/is on roids, It was 2 different topics in one post to avoid double posting ( I guess people just got confused), I was simply stating ever since the hard crackdown on the performers enhancers that there has been a huge # of injuries, I can't think of any other time in current memory where there has been such a huge # of injuries at one time. The candice topic- I was just stating that I don't think she felt well going into the match, it had nothing to do with her being on roids. She just didn't seem right going to the ring, possibly a illness that is not drug related.....

The only time she seemed "out of it" was when Beth slammed her down with the Double Chokeslam, and even then, it was just her selling the injury. Of course, she was literally out of it later on in the match, but that's unrelated.

She was probably told to act pretty serious and not like she's taking the match as just another one. It was a 2/3 falls for a title, not a normal women's match where it's mostly eye candy.
