I was shocked because I do recall that Y2J signed a new contract with the WWE and to watch him leave right after that was an absolute shock. Of course I was pissed off, but only for a little while, because only a few minutes after that, Kurt Angle beat the holy hell out of John Cena.

After the story with trish and christian for WM20, Jericho did nothing interesting for the rest of his run before he left.
He's usually more intesting as a heel and even when he turned heel after that he was still boring and generic as hell.
Now he's going to come back with his short hair and his pop rock failed reality TV look and he's STILL going to be boring and generic.
I didnt care about him anymore when he left, and I really wish he wouldn't come back at all.

I didn't particularly care. Jericho was never that important to the show (one time transitional champ. woo) and I was never a huge fan of his.
As for jobbing to Cena on his way out... that was Jericho's idea. He wanted to put Cena over strong since Jericho was leaving anyway. In fact, he had pushed to work with Cena from practically day one. That came from Jericho himself in an interview on Wrestling Observer Live last Sunday.

I assumed he would be back in a few weeks. 2 years later he still isn't back. Yeah, agreed. Call me crazy, but he did get dumped in the garbage truck with Bischoff, right? (What a way to go out if that was the case) Assuming he is returning, I can't wait to see the reaction he gets. No. He didn't get dumped in the garbage truck. He was carried away by security. Bischoff got "fired" in December, Jericho left in August.

It sucked because I am a huge fan, but they weren't really doing anything with him. At the time I preferred to see him walk away as opposed to being misused.

Jericho was the one who wanted to leave and put Cena over. I didn't really care, I still don't class Jericho as one of the "Stars" so I just continued to watch as normal in fact I was more excited for Angle at the top of the card than Jericho.

I didnt really care to be honest. It was all to sudden and it just happenned on a Raw episode not even a PPV.
However i do want to see him back, he would really shine right now although the hype would die out after a couple of months.

It was sad that he left. I had always liked Jericho. Hopefully the SAVE_US.222 thing is Jericho.
