Hey people
I just wonder, at WWE. Any vote, for example Cyber Sunday or so. Is it real or WWE 'fix' it?
Because, there is no chance for wrestlers know what going to do when WWE announced who won at the vote, then wrestler make their entrance to the ring straight way and it like as last minute.
Wrestlers does need planning and sort what going to do at the matches. Otherwise they would be f*cked up.
So, I am wonder is the vote real or 'fix'?

There are 2 theries out there.
1) Not fixed, but WWE gives up ovious choices and pretty much forces it on us. EX: Hardy Or Michaels. Kids will vote for Micahels, and most adults will to.
2) It is fixed.
I believe 2.

I was think for example WWE make three different match type for Umaga vs HHH< There was No DQ, Cage or 1st Blood. People would choose Cage cuz WWE knew people get hyper and love to see Cage match or something. And WWE make people vote HBK because HBK make his return and get feud with Orton. Jeff Hardy and Kennedy not really in feud with Orton at all. And they try make people vote JBL as referee as well, because JBL doing interview to Batista and Undertaker....

I think it's fixed, to a degree. Yes I think the votes count, but if it gets close to a point where one guy is leading, and they actually wanted another guy to be in the match, they will say he truly won, by adding more votes to his cause, when in reality, the other guy won.
Like with Orton's match, we pretty much obviously know that Michaels will win the poll, and if he doesn't, I'd be very shocked.

I would be shocked if they let Jeff win the votes, but, on RAW it seemed as though they were trying to get Jeff more votes

Prob a bit of both. Some matches they wont care they give the fans what they want others they wont care.

They probably start out the bidding with "X" number of votes for the wrestler they plan to wrestle, that way the wrestler has the opportunity, but those votes are pretty much predictable... C'mon....

With the stipulation matches I don't think they really care. I mean look at the Rey and Finlay match. All the stipulations to choose from aren't all that different. A stretcher match is pretty damn similar to a no dq match or whatever it was that the other match was.
But then you look at the title match with the guest referee. If they really wanted it to be up to the fans they would have mick, austin, and JBL all there every week on smackdown or at least a couple shows to try and sway the votes to them..But its obvious they want JBL to win what with the "Vote for JBL" t-shirts, him doing interviews with Batista and Taker..etc.
So yeah I would say just like everything else in the WWE..the voting is 80% fake and 20% real.

They just give obvious choices, that's it. Orton took out HBK, people want to see him get revenge.
Ask Jericho. He even said he didn't know he was wrestling Benjamin at Taboo Tuesday until he came out. Jericho said Benjamin told him and the ref before they started the finish of the match and it went from there.
Hexus, wrestlers don't have to plan matches. Well really good ones don't. How do you think Americans and Japanese work together? They speak two different languages, they can't obviously communicate well. They're both told who has to win and it goes from there. I asked Giant Bernard.

I think that it's a real voting system.
I imagine that they just run over all the possibilities and go from there.

I'm pretty sure last year, they were banking on Dusty to take the gold with Flair, and Piper got voted in instead. They almost screwed themselves with the first one, too, because if I recall, Kane got close to the vote of the Championship match instead of Michaels.
It's just a matter of working around the vote. Like the Champion of Champions match, it didn't matter who won, they would have kept their title with different finishes planned most likely. And they just sway the vote anyway most of the time. But I'd vote that the voting is real.

pretty sure its real they just give a main stip or person. I recall reading in shawn michaels book that he was injured and he said to rig it but vince was very much against it

I don't think its fixed they just manipulate people into voting the way they want and the majority of the fans will.

I fully believe it to be a real system. Now they have plenty of time to run through all the possibilities anyway since they give 2-3 weeks for people to vote so they'll have who's in a probable commanding lead anyway with a week to go and the one that they'd prefer to win win a majority of the time anyway.

There are ways they want it to go... but it's not fixed.
They do however, allow you to vote as much as you want so to make the results look bigger.
I'm surprised fans haven't taken a bigger advantage of that fact to mess with it, but oh well.

I think it's a combo of both. The push the guys they want voted in really hard. Normally, the fans will vote for those people. If it looks like a guy isn't going to get voted in, they rig it. I don't think anything in wrestling is "real", but I don't think that's a bad thing at all.

Oh god look who's back. *rolls eyes*
Anyway, no I believe it is real and not fixed. Yes I will agree that they do give us obvious selections to pick from, but it's still real the voting I believe.
Although the Special Ref one has me left with a few questions. Are they just going to fly Austin/Foley in from where ever they are just for the ppv? I mean what if they don't get picked, then them flying out there would be for nothing.
