With Wrestlemania 24 being outside for the whole of the PPV, what if there is terrential rain or even thunderstorms? Vince McMahon did say that the show will go on but can it surely go on with serious weather conditions? I dunno what the weather is like in Florida around March/April time but what happens if the weather is bad?

last i knew there was going to be some sort of roof over the ring.
Either way, it will be interesting if a storm hits, lets hope Hurricane Cena doesnt hit WM24.

I hope it doesn't rain. I'm going and it will be my first WWE show.

I'll be happy since Hurricane Cena won't be hitting.

There were reports saying, that WWE was working on building some sort of "Retractable Roof" for WM XXIV.

I am not sure, but living in Florida, I'm sure they will cover this the few months/weeks leading up to Mania as it will be a major concern. I heard that they were trying to a roof type thing for the entire stadium, something to cover the ring and a majority of the fans, etc, so I'm not sure yet.

stand back, theres a hurricane coming through , sorry it had to be said.
but yeah, i think they'll just construct something similar to what was used at WM9.
on another note, i think an outside event would spoil the atmosphere as for example the undertakers entrance wont be in complete darkness and the pyro will be a little hard to see in broad day light.

March / April is just about the start of the rainy season here in Florida. Knowing Vince, he's got to have something in mind. I mean the mans not running the top wrestling promotion in the world because hes an idiot. It would be a stupid business decision not to have something.

You do know WM starts at 7Pm right? So that means, by the time Taker comes out, it will be dark out, plus, the pyro will be plenty able to see because 7PM is usually not the suns peak, and it will be starting to go down.

it will be similar to WM 9, i actually like outdoor events, they feel different and unique. Could you image though if there was thunder while Taker was coming out for his match
