Which match do you think made Brock Lesnar into a genuine main-eventer in the WWE?

Brock vs. Rock SummerSlam 2002 Nope, nobody took him as a serious champion. Everyone was shocked that he actually beat the Rock, nobody was really thinking about Brock as a champion. I'd say his match with the Undertaker at No Mercy, the HIAC, gave him the biggest rub. After that, you knew he was a genuine main eventer, and not some one-hit-wonder. There, I said something nice about Lesnar, happy?

The Brock/Hogan match is what did it, I think. If you consider how they sold that match, with Heyman at ringside yelling to Brock, "He's different! He's special!" and Brock destroyed Hogan anyway. All three guys; Brock, Hogan and Heyman all came together to make that match something special and really cemented Brock as a monster, unstoppable heel.

I think the SD match where he just freaking destroyed Hogan. The way he walked through such a legit superstar leaving him beaten & bleeding in my mind is what set him up.

The SD match with Hogan made him IMO, especially since he did not even use the F5 to win the match

Beating Hogan showed that he had what it took to be the main eventer, but alot of people still did not think he would last at that point. I would have to say that it was his win over Taker that did it.

In my opinion, I still believe that it wasn't Summerslam 2002, because I still feel like people were like "WOW, he won? Who is he?" kinda reaction, but I'll watch it again tonight to see.
I would have to agree with HIAC, Hogan jobbing, and I really enjoyed the Survivor Series 2002 buildup to him being a face

The HIAC is what made him stand out to me and made me love his character. Ofcourse not knowing he would throw it all away and spit in everyone's face at the time

SS02 against Big show, Belly to Belly suplexing him over his head and the Garden crowd chanting "Lets go Lesnar" throughout.
Not to mention when he got in the ring he ripped his title off of his waste and threw it at the ref and got right in Big Show's face.
It was well done.
