Hunter likes Jeff, but that really won't get him much farther than the IC title.

Honestly, I think Matt will be a World Heavyweight Champion( Smackdown belt, not Raw) one day, probably by winning it from Edge. He's a good wrestler, is very over, solid charisma( better as a heel), etc. Jeff will never win the big one. He's a below average wrestler who relies on high spots that he botches most of the time. He's lazy, unreliable, a former drug addict. The only thing he has is his overness, which will have to dry out eventually when people realize his gimmick hasn't changed at all since 2000.Eddie was a former drug addict and did the same stuff in the ring

^ Amen... was I the only one who wanted Bob to win the belt a few years ago at the RR? Nope, I thought he should have beaten Brock as well. He's way overdue to have a major singles title reign and at least a short run as a World Champ.

Ive been saying Matt Hardy should be world champ since the V1 gimmick, and usually got bashed on here for it. But now, everyone is acting like they thought the same the whole time. But what ever.. no big deal..
Anyway.. I would mark out like a little bitch if it were Hardy vs Hardy at Wrestlemania each holding the world title of their brand, winner, becoming undisputed champion.

I wouldn't mind seeing it happen, but I don't think either Hardy will win one of the major titles unless they end up going to ECW.

I just plain dislike Matt Hardy as a singles wrestler, so I hope he never wins either major title.
They're both tag team wrestler's.

As for Matt, ALOT of things could be done with him, Give him the US Strap when he come back from Injury, I reckon they should Turn MVP Face and make Matt come back with the V1 Gimmick, have Shannon Moore as a Part of his Stable again and let him to go on and be Cruiser Champion, Either make Matt win a Tournament or get him into a Feud with Edge if he becomes Champion again. Matt's a great Wrestler ( Who could do alot more, but Then again, You have your limits in the WWE -_- ), He CAN do Spots ( Like the Legdrop from the Top of the Cage and Unforgiven 05, Or that Crazy Side Effect on RAW in Late 2005 ), Hes great on the Mic ( When he had the V1 Gimmick ) and Hes Over with the Fans, I reckon they should make Matt a " Cool-Heel " like Razor Ramon or Stone Cold Steve Austin.

i'm so tired of hearing about jeff being a drug addict. do people not get chances to change their lives anymore? it's rediculous that people STILL use that a reason to put him down. please think of something new to rag on him about. oh, & he doesn't botch hardly anything since he's been back so that one's gonna have to be retired too.

It's iffy. Both are good in the ring, but neither have mic skills worth talking about (Matt is a little better than Jeff) and both are still wearing psuedo-Hardy Boyz attire and it's just dated. Change up their gimmicks, work on their characters and maybe. I think both are great workers, but I think so far Matt Hardy is looking more likely to go major in the long run. He's changed his look more, has his own music and is a bit better on the mic than Jeff. Though Jeff is more flashy in the ring, his look and music are outdated and stale and ... he may possibly be the SINGLE worst person on the mic I have ever heard. He makes the British Bulldog (RIP) seem like a promo lord. I love watching Jeff wrestle, but on the mic he is worse than someone who would try to suck bad on purpose ... it's just incredible how bad he is. Sorry, but I just cringe everytime that guy grabs a live mic.

If there is a god...... NO!
They should both be released immediately IMO, but hell what do I know.

If there is a god...... NO! They should both be released immediately IMO, but hell what do I know. all it seems as both jeff and matt are super over with the crowd, despite having no mic skills to write home about, and no gimmick change to speak off in the last few years. not to mention the fact they are proverbial cash cows for wwe, they sell any thing with a hardy logo on, and people buy it cause they love the hardyz. why release them? they're money and have had good to great matches over the last two years. and everyone who insults jeff for botching, drug abuse, being lazy and anything else they can muster up is an idiot. jeff has barely botched since returning, with only 1 or two memorable ones. and even talented guys like paul london botch, as he showed on heat when he damn near dislocated his shoulder. botching is just something that happens, it's like tripping over something in your own home or banging your elbow on a desk. 9/10 you won't do it, but people will remember that 1 time. get over it. as far as hardyz winning the worlds titles. both have the capability to hold them, they are super over without mic skills so why hold it against them, when they don't "need" them. both can have good matches and have proven it time after time (even jeff). will they be record breaking champs? no. transitional champions, sure. it'd be a crime if neither of them got to hold world title gold for at least a week.

No, neither. That's not to say that I wouldn't want to see it, but neither of them have the mic skills or the look to be the face of the company. I could see Jeff winning the ECW title and holding it for a while, but WWE or WHC? Never. Not even for one night like Kane.

No. Neither ever will. I mean I can see Matt possibly winning the RR, but never actualy winning the title.

If Rey Mysterio can hold a World Championship, I wouldn't hold it against creative to give one the Hardyz the title either. It's not completely out of the realm.

Matt Hardy is really popular....I'm surprised that when Edge and Undertaker were both hurt that they decided to put the title on Great Kahli instead of Matt Hardy or even KANE. I guess WWE was just determined to keep Batista in the hunt even though the fans seen rather bored and tired of him.
Jeff Hardy on RAW would be a little harder to get to the WWE title. There are a loooot more guys who would have to do down to injuries to get him in the picture. You've got Orton, HBK, HHH, Kennedy, Jericho, Cena when he comes back.
Both guys are REALLY popular, but neither are BIG GUYS, and as long as either RAW or SMACKDOWN have a few big names or at least big BODIES left on the show, it would be tough for either Hardy to get a world title win.
Changing topics, I'm sorry but I think Kane REALLY deserves a push. He's been such a company man and to only hold the WWE title for 22 hours 10 years ago is crazy. They should fake an injury with him, give him 6 months to get in shape and then bring him back, maybe an angle where he puts the mask back on, and give him the World Title. I want to see him get his due before he retires.

The only way Jeff Hardy is getting the world title is if Matt dies

I don't think Jeff will ever be in the main event scene. Matt Hardy might get a shot at a world title if he's lucky.

You've got Orton, HBK, HHH, Kennedy, Jericho, Cena when he comes back. See, this is what I don't get - Jeff is a veteran of over ten years and is uber over, everywhere he goes... Why should he be further down the pecking order, than a punk like Kennedy?... Jeff is exciting to watch - Kennedy, is about as appealing as botchelism, IMO... and his matches bore the piss out of me... There's no way Kennedy should win the WWE title, before Jeff... I'd put Jeff before Orton as well - but at least Orton's been in the company for more than a couple of years...

The real question you're asking is: Will either of the Hardys win a WORLD title? Between the two of them, they've held every single WWE title but the two World titles. Yes I believe one if not, both will win a World title.
