Well, I think we'd all agree that the Benoit murder/suicide would have to be the biggest wrestling story of the year. What do you think qualifies as number two? DX returns? Jeff Hardy gets an undeserved massive push? Several suspensions? Booker T jumps to TNA? Jericho comes back? Maria is still red hot? What are your picks?

I would say the Maria one, personally. But I think Jericho returning had the biggest impact.

Aside from C**** B*****, 07 wasn't a year full of big stories. For me, Y2J returning was the second biggest story. Booker to TNA was almost fully expected. Honorable mentions: - Maria poses for Playboy - WWE being ass s about Royal Rumble tickets - Damian Demento - TNA getting an awesome looking championship belt

I would say Jericho if he was in a better position than he currently is. I mean, he came back, we were all excited and happy, but now he's in no better a position than he was before he left. Personally, I'd say the second biggest story of the year is the ungodly amount of injuries to top stars WWE had to endure. That's just my opinion. It seemed like every other day, another top star was going down with some kind of injury. Booker, Triple H, Kennedy, Lashley, Cena, Michaels, Edge, Undertaker, Matt Hardy, all went down with injuries at some point this year.

I'd say all the injuries this year. Lots of booking plans went out the window leaving the WWE to scamble for new storylines
