his mental breakdown? which i still believe his actions were not HIS actions, but of whatever was inside him at the time. I agree but still it would be a little freaky, I mean he was a fantastic wrestler, he was the first guy I ever saw in a wrestling match which got me into it, but I would still feel a bit freaked out. Actualy it would not be creepy at all unless he wore those while he did or somthing like that.

Benoit > WWE.
That man was a wrestling machine, I would buy those in the snap of two fingers if I could.

cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/WWE-CHRIS-BENOIT-RING-WORN-TIGHTS-REAL-DEAL-NO-REPLICAS_W0QQitemZ370009945202QQihZ024QQcategoryZ50122QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem ....actually not a bad price if you're a die hard fan. I am surprised no one has pointed this out after four pages. Anyways, to stay on topic, I don't know why anybody would pay $1,000 for pants. Maybe $500, but definitely not $1,000. But that is just what I think.

Another perfectly good thread about a pretty interesting thing has been ruinned by people's immaturity.
Chris Benoit was a fantastic wrestler, every match he had (unless they were with Finlay) were always fantastic, that guy could pull of complex moves and make them look easy, he sold stuff really well too, he had a really big fan base and some of us are old enough to get past the terrible thing he did and look back on Benoit's life as a success:
He wanted to be a wrestler when he was a kid and he did it. He wanted to be in the WWE and he did it. He wanted to meet the Dynamite kid and he did it. Not only did he want to meet him but he wanted to be a living reminder of the Dynamite kid and I don't care what other people think but I think he did that too. He is a former WHC because he earned the trust of Vince and the fans with his work ethic and in ring skill.
Sure, he killed his family, and sure, we'll never know why he did but for goodness' sakes why can't people let that go? The fact that we don't know why he did it is precisely why we shouldn't judge him. You people can really annoy me somtimes because you're so quick to jump all over someone the second they do something terrible.
Funny how no one ever talks about Davey Smith regularly raping his wife, or how Steve Austin was arrested for beating up his wife. Funny it's ignored because no one died eh? Even though if they had been killed like Nancy they wouldn't be scared about when it was going to come
The problem with some of the people on here that think it's cool to hate Benoit for what he did is that you have both your contacts in one eye, only ever looking at the bad side of things, that poor man was going through some serious problems, and there is no way I'm condoning his actions in any way but can we please just leave him? He IS dead after all.
Back on topic I would never pay that much money for something as trivial as clothing, let alone a second hand pair of spandex tights that many sweaty men have touched. I'm curious as to how these were acquired though.

ANSWER THIS. IF CENA DID ALL THIS WHAT WOULD YOU "WRSTLING FANS" SAY? John Cena isn't a good example to use, seeing as the majority of WF doesn't like him anyway.

You know he killed 2 people 1 that had his entire life ahead of him but because he was a WRESTLER it's all fine and dandy. I can jump all over someone that killed there 7 year old CHILD. If it was a regular in the street that killed his family people would all hate this person but because he was CHRIS BENOIT one of the best technical wrestlers of all time we must respect him. He killed his family it doesent matter if he held the World Title 222 times he still did it and he's still a piece of crap for doing so.
