How did they handle Benoit in the box set? Obviously he's going to be a big part of it since he did win one of the events and was a key participant in a few others.
The reason why I ask is that I'm thinking about buying the set and need to know whether he's edited out in the full box set edition that's already out or he will be in the separate editions. Wal Mart has the separate sets (first 2) which I'll go ahead and get if he's not edited out of them.
I was curious because I was thinking maybe they staggered the release dates on each set so they could edit portions with him in it out of the last two sets.

The Rumble box set has Benoit in full. It was made before the incidents happened. Volume 1 and 2 don't have Benoit because he wasn't part of the WWF/WWE at the time. I know they're re-releasing volumes 3 and 4 but I'm not sure if he will be edited out.

This is pretty much what I figured...I'm just trying to figure out how you'd edit someone out who won the Rumble from the Royal Rumble itself...

I'm thinking they'd edit his name from the packaging but not from the actual video? You can't really take him out of the Rumble and have it still make sense... but you also can't take one entire Rumble out of the set and still call it a complete anthology.

The set came out before it happened. So he's there...

Can anyone tell me if the old WWF logo's are edited/blurred out? Thanks.

On a recent double pack release that featured SummerSlam 2004, the World Heavyweight Championship match with Benoit and Orton was not listed on the back of the case, but was still on the actual DVD itself. If anything, I'm sure they'd just do that with the remaining volumes.

I highly doubt the WWE is going to edit the footage, especially the 2004 Rumble match. He'll be in there, just not advertised on the box.
