WWE Title RVD He finally gets the championship and he does something stupid like getting busted with pot. That was a very low point for the WWE and that title. RVD has the talent to be the WWE or WHC, but he doesn't have the image to carry a company, which is more important for the company. I have always though RVD was overrated, but he did deserve a title reign. Its a shame he screwed it up that bad. World Heavyweight The Great Khali I don't dislike him as much as most people do, but there was no reason to put the WHC on him when Smackdown still had Batista. They could of even had a guy from Raw or ECW come over to hold the title. He is good at being a heel that chases the title, but no title should ever come into his hands again. I.C. Title Santino Marella As funny as he is now, he was a terrible champion. The way he won it on his debut did nothing but hurt his character from the start, and the creditability of that championship. U.S. Title Orlando Jordan I was actually excited when he won that title from Cena. I am a John Cena fan, but it was nice to see a change. Halfway through his title reign I forgot the title even existed. I also think these champions go on the all time worse list as well.

I defiantly do not agree with RVD being a bad champion
He was well overdue for the title.

I agree with everything you said except that RVD is over rated. He did screw up terribly though and has nobody to blame but himself.

Rey Mysterio, jobber Champion. Couldn't seem to win a non-title match.

RVD was an amazing champion. But I do agree with Great Khali. Worst champion eva! How was he an amazing champion only holding the title three weeks? He had the potential of being a really good champion, if they based it more on him feuding with Cena, rather than Edge. But they had no other options because of him getting busted with drugs. You can't have a champion who carry's the company give off a bad imagine to the public.

On screen RVD was a fantastic champion. His personal life ed that up for him. Hulk Hogan as WWE Champion in 2002 was pretty crapty. Big Show's US Title run that he had before dropping it to Cena was also really bad.

how the hell was RVD an amazing WWE champion? Seriously it was so short lived. It's like saying Bob Backlund was an incredible champ when he held the title for 24 hours

Cena's run between the Royal Rumble and One Night Stand was wayyyy worse than RVD's short run. Seriously, we went from a shocking angle with Edge taking the title straight back to Cena, who then beat Triple and then Triple H AND Edge. Everyone was fed up with him.
Rob Van Dam, in his short time as champion, had the fans behind him and had a solid match with Edge at Vengeace. He faced Kurt Angle in a brilliant match, too. Sure, he messed it up, but his reign was far from the "worst" we've seen.
I agree with OJ, Santino, and Khali, though.

I love Santino as IC Champion. I'll admit his gimmick was poor at first, but he has improved so much as a wrestler and a character of late and deserves a push.

Orton. Booooooorrrrrring. If you can say Santino is, I can say Orton is. Yeah Orton is a horrible champion. Boring on the mic and gets DQ'ed at 3/5 PPVs. Real creative..

tbh Rock's 2002 WWE title reign only rarely appears in my mind.
