how the hell was RVD an amazing WWE champion? Seriously it was so short lived. It's like saying Bob Backlund was an incredible champ when he held the title for 24 hours A better example is Kane |

Worst WWE Champion: Rob Van Dam
RVD did deserve a run with the belt, but he was pretty boring as Champion. His entire reign basically revolved around him, Cena, and Edge. It was like he only had the belt to get ratings up for the just beginning ECW on Sci Fi. He wasn't a very good Champion, and he dropped the belt after less than a month of holding it.
Worst World Heavyweight Champion: The Great Khali
I don't even know what they were thinking when they put the belt on Khali. I guess they wanted another heel to hold it after Edge, but Khali was the wrong choice. His matches were horrible, and he was boring. They should have just put the belt back on Batista until Edge returned.
Worst Intercontinental Champion: Jeff Hardy (most recent reign)
Jeff's most recent reign as Champion was long, but horrible. People even forgot he was the Champion. He defended the belt maybe 3 or 4 times in a span of 6-7 months. That's pretty lame.
Worst United States Champion: Mr. Kennedy
I can't even remember anything Kennedy did as US Champion, but he held it for about a month in 2006. Pretty uneventful reign if you ask me.
Worst World Tag Team Champions: Hardcore Holly & Cody Rhodes
Are they even doing anything as Champions?
Worst WWE Tag Team Champions: Deuce & Domino
This team did pretty much nothing as Champions. They held the belts, but the only defense I can remember was against the legends at Vengeance.
Worst Women's Champion: Gail Kim
I guess Gail was still green at the time, but her matches were pretty lackluster in her first Women's title reign. The crowd wasn't into her and they needed to get the belt off of her fast.
