First of all. . .PATIENCE. You waited like 10 minutes to bump. We can't do anything. You have to contact Adobe, and tell them your problem, and give them your old serial to prevent piracy. On the back of the box, there should be a number. If not, there will be a support site with a number on it. Thats the only thing WE can do.

Someone may have used the code or something. Use [ersistence and keep calling them until they do something about it. You can't do anthing else. Your'e going to have to just be patient for them but make sure you keep bugging them about it. Hope that helped.
