Had to do this for GD class. Its three differnt ads for the same company that had to tie into each other. The company is one that provides custom and stock music for just about anything that may need it. Movies, persoanl use, etc. ;D the pictures I used are low quality because I had to use free images from a stock house. It doesnt matter since they are only comps though.

I like the concept, it's really simple, which makes it effective, and the picture choices are great. I don't like the font though, it is just too.. neutral. Is it Times? I would try a San Serif, like Optima or even a less standard serif like Baskerville or Garamond (we see Times over and over in educational settings). Also, try playing the text somewhere more purposeful. Line it up with something in the photo or center it above the photo in the black. You almost did it in the violin one, and it ends up looking strange that it is half on the picture, half not. Make the text a part of the design. Be consistent with this. Also, I know it's hard because the pictures are all different sizes, but you should try to give them the same black border all the way around, even if it means cropping. This creates stronger branding so when people see a 1.5" thick black border (or whatever) around a great photo with white text at the top, they automatically associate it with your company.

Like you said the images are LQ. The third one works the best I think. The text placement could be better in the second.
