I bought SVR 08 for the ps3. Bad idea. I decide to return it to wal-mart and they tell me that I have to get the same game. So I get it thinking I'll just take it to another wal-mart without my receipt and return it there and just get my money. So I get the other copy and when she exchanges it she takes the shrinkwrap off of it. I asked her why and she replied with "Copyright laws." I said, "Come Again." and she said the same thing. I asked for an explanation and all they kept saying was "Copyright laws." No f*cking answer. So what do you suggest I do. I could sell it on ebay but I won't get all my money back. So I have no idea. Any suggestions?

My suggestion, don't shop at Walmart.
What I would do is find a friend with a PS3 that likes wrestling and trade games with him or sell it to him.

You rarely are every allowed to return DVDs, CDs, or games to places and get anything but the same disc. While you didn't do it, it's quite possible for people to take a disc home, burn it and try and say it's defective and get the money back. Your best bet is to call some game stores that take games used for credit and compare it to eBay and then make your decision from there.

Go to TradeGamesNow-dot-com. It's free to sign up. It's a good site, I've been using them off and on for years.

I mean, honestly, sometimes you buy a bad game, and you learn. They shouldn't give you your money back. Just sell it, or keep it.

At least Smackdown is some what enjoyable, imagine getting stuck with some crapty name branded game back in the late 80s and that's all you get for the rest of the year. X-Men!
