Ok so I have had 2 PSP's since they launched and have traded them both in this post is not a anti PSP post i just want to get that out of the way. I have no intentions of buying a third as I know I will eventualy trade taht in as well. My point is do you think Sony will ever make PSP exclusive games available as a download on the PS3. I know this is wishful thinking but God of War on PSP looks bad ass, so I got to thinking is this something Sony would ever consider? What do you think would this be a good idea. I am not saying all PSP games but ones Sony develop themselves.

I did read something a few months ago from a Sony rep saying they might start selling full downloadable games on the PC version of the PS Store. You'd just download them to your PC then upload them on your PSP.

The files are so large, more than double the size of a PSone game you'd download in some cases. It's not an impossibility, especially since they just announced a 16 Gig memory stick, but I find it unlikely that they'd go the digital distribution route with games they could sell in a brick and mortar store, especially since they are trying to convince everyone that the UMD is a good idea.

I thought this was gonna be Gears of War, I was like how the hell would that work. I completely forgot about God of War.

That would be pretty cool, Imagine Halo on PSP or any portable. They showed it on PSP for youtube but it was just a video of the halo 3 beta saved onto the psp.
