I'm getting a PS3 tomorrow and I was wondering some things. I have wireless internet so what exactly would I need to get online with my ps3? Can I run something from my pc to the ps3? The wireless modem is next door at my gf's parent's house. Also what games are worth getting? I was looking at Jericho and Unreal Tournament 3, The Darkness,Elder Scrolls, All-Pro 2k8, Timeshift, or something else that may catch my eye in the store.

You shouldn't need anything to get the PS3 online, it has built in wifi. As for what game/games to get, Uncharted is a must have for the PS3, phenomenal game.

Yep, just go through the network options.
Uncharted is a must. Rock Band is a ton of fun. Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is amazing. That one has 2-player online co-op. I know a few people who don't even like Star Wars who love that game. There's also many fun downloadable games (usually around 4-8 dollars) to keep you busy, and all the demos in the PSN kept me occupied for almost a full year without any physical games of my own, so there's always that and the movie/game trailers.
I recommend Rub-a-Dub on the PSN.
