I have to say I think it was freaking awesome! I just finished watching it and I love almost every aspect of it. Michael Knight's son is a fantastic replacement. He brings realism to the character. Cool seeing the Hoff. The car is superbad ass and I really like Val Kilmer's work as the voice of KITT. He is very monotone. Realism towards the idea that a computer is incapable of emotion.

Kilmer did well, and the movie was good. Definitely a decent pilot. And the cameo by the Hoff was well-received. I'll definitely watch any episodes they put out.
The 4 commercials were good too.

I watched the original Knight Rider when I was younger and then again as it was shown in syndication. This Knight Rider, like many other remakes, wasnt as good as the original. However the show isnt really that bad. Its a very nice break for people like me who are more then sick and tired of seeing shows that deal with someone having to sing or dance or survive to do something. Honestly i hope the new Knight Rider hangs around, if so ill watch it every chance i get

You mean the 4 mini commercials of the Focus inside the huge Mustang commercial that was called a MOVIE! Sure it was good, but a Mustang as K.I.T.T is hard to take. But I can see that Ford paid for it, and made it as such to help sell Mustangs.

if you don't think about the orginal Knight Rider then you might enjoy it. I really hated how the new KITT could change colours and morph though.

I have a one word review: S.H.I.T.T. Harsh, BJ. Wicked harsh. It didn't have enough Hoff, or theme song. Those were the two best things about Knight Rider. Plus it was a 2 hour long commercial for Ford.

Such horrible acting, it felt like a commercial, and why does it feel like this was an MTV produced show. Sucked so bad. Not NEARLY enough Hof to save it. They need to completely recast.

Hoff was not needed to make it good. Justin Bruening did a great job. I did miss the theme music though. I really hope it gets on tv.
