youre a hypocrite and a crybaby, its also very hard to read your topics without bashing you... proven by the fact that ive been doing it for like 3 years when you first went through your whole "looking too deep" phase
So, you are here bragging to me about bashing me, over three years time. I must applaud you for keeping up the good work. I mean, you'd think after following my topics that you would at LEAST post something relevent, right? I'd figure after 3 years on a message board, you'd learn to do that.
Chemically twizted im now contributing to the convo...
Thank you
Screaming is pretty hard to do. People don't give enough credit. You need to take care of your voice just like a singer would. Do lows and highs, annunciation. And singing wouldn't really make sense with metal now would it?
I can understand both sides of screaming. It definately takes a lot of care for your voice to be able to scream for long periods of times. Although, if you're a listener, it takes a lot of time to get used to something out of the ordinary, such as scream singing. I didn't get into that style until I listened to Opeth, and then it just grew on me.
changed their sound so drastically I find myself disinterested (Korn, Deftones, Metallica, Marilyn Manson).
I am definately with you on Korn and Manson. However, I am glad Manson changed his sound a bit, if he hadn't changed his sound, and kept with the industrial/electo that was featured on Golden Age, then he wouldn't have grown as a musician overtime. Taken into consideration, he wasn't supposed to release an album after Golden Age either, I think he said he was 'done'.
With Korn, I have no idea what happened to them. Some of the commercial songs are great and catchy, but that is pretty much where their music ends. I have seen them in concert and they're very entertaining. I just wish they would put more into their material.
