Welcome to the Official Incredible Hulk Thread!! Starring : Edward Norton (Bruce Banner) Liv Tyler (Betty Ross) Tim Roth (Emil Blonsky) Depicting the events after the Gamma Bomb. 'The Incredible Hulk' tells the story of Dr Bruce Banner, who seeks a cure to his unique condition, which causes him to turn into a giant green monster under emotional stress. Whilst on the run from military which seeks his capture, Banner comes close to a cure. But all is lost when a new creature emerges; The Abomination A cure is in reach for the world's most primal force of fury: THE INCREDIBLE HULK. We find scientist Bruce Banner, living in shadows, scouring the planet for an antidote. But the warmongers who dream of abusing his powers won't leave him alone, nor will his need to be with the only woman he has ever loved, Betty Ross. Upon returning to civilization, our brilliant doctor is ruthlessly pursued by The Abomination -- a nightmarish beast of pure adrenaline and aggression whose powers match The Hulk's own. A fight of comic-book proportions ensues as Banner must call upon the hero within to rescue New York City from total destruction. One scientist must make an agonizing final choice -- accept a peaceful life as Bruce Banner or the creature he could permanently become: THE INCREDIBLE HULK Movie Trailer is now available!!! i think this movie is going to be sick..the trailer alone looks better then the movie that came out in 2003.. Abomination looks awesome just as much as the hulk does..this movie is going to be sick hands down. i think it deserved a thread

I don't think enough people care about it to have an official thread really. But whatever. Just seeing clips of Norton speaking has me wet.

I liked the 2003 Hulk so this should be awesome it looks better than the 2003 Hulk movie. I hope nobody is expecting a sequel, or for it to be like the other one. Because it has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Since it's going to be inevitably compared to the old one, I'll just get this out of the way right now...the new one appears to be better in every way with two exceptions: Liv Tyler as Betty and William Hurt as Thunderbolt.
There is no one alive today who plays a better cowboy or soldier than Sam Elliot. I would go so far as to say he's the second greatest Soldier/Cowboy of all time. Plus, William Hurt has never sat right with me since Lost in Space.
And as for Betty, the differences are clear: Jennifer Connelly is an Oscar-winning actress, whereas Liv Tyler couldn't act her way out of a paper bag if she were a ham sandwich. One was in Labyrinth, the other in Armageddon. The highlight of Jen's career was A Beautiful Mind...the highlight of Liv's was Empire Records.
But other than that, the plot looks better, the CGI looks slightly better, and the rest of the casting is definitely better.

Tim Roth looks absolutely crazy in this, and Norton is always golden. I'll be there on opening night.

After seeing the street I shop on most getting torn up by Hulk and Abomination, I now have a desire to see this movie. Tim Roth and Ed Norton help.

For me, she did nothing for the first Hulk movie. Granted, it was so horrible that she was the only decent thing in it. The only movie I actually enjoyed her in was A Beautiful Mind. Maybe it's just me. I dunno.
