*Drum roll please*
The Rookie Team of Johanna, Rachel, Nehmeiah, Frank, Tori, and Jillian. Each get $50,000. Talk about a pay day in the matter of a few weeks.
It's extremely ironic that the Veterans preached about "Trimming the Fat" yet they kept Eric, the fattest guy on the entire team! He's a funny guy whom the cast seems to love...
HOWEVER, that might have changed after The Gauntlet III. I know for a fact that Ev is extremely pissed at him (read her blog at iamonmtv.com) as is Paula.
CT was totally out of line with the way he handled Eric. "I SWEAR TO GOD I'LL DROWN YOU!"
If Johnny was on the final team instead of Eric, the Veterans would have won for sure.

I actually agree with what CT said. This fat said he can do this and he can do that. And when it came to do it he failed to complete even the first 10th of it. I was talking to my girl about this. It would have been different if he told them he doesn't think he can do it and needs help. So that way they can come up with another gameplan instead of CT and Brad having to try and pull that lard ass. I told my girl if I was on the Veterans (before they even showed the final challenge) that they should tell him to leave if he doesn't think he can make it and they will cut him in on prize money because it would be for the good of the team. Selfish Eric could not put his pride aside. So he cost them the money. And if he would not have been there than they would have easily killed the Rookies. ing fat ass piece of crap. (I only say this because I am friends with Kenny and he ed him out of money. Also Kenny is a huge wrestling fan.)

i watched that show from the beginning & every time i was like "why is that fat er still on".....he was completely useless in the final challenge, he barely even made it out of the water.....i bet he felt like a jackass after he gave the speech about being able to do it the night before.

At the begging when TJ said that everyone must finish the race, I thought that something was going to happen to Eric. Just for the fact after the first challenge went off they were showing clips of things to come on this season. And on one of the clips they showed was Eric laying on the ground gasping for air. Through out all of the challenges I never that clip, and when TJ said that I knew something was up.

It's hard to say if Eric will be back on the challenge.
Oh and get this: I saw a sneak peak of the reunion show and I found out something VERY interesting. Apparently LATER THAT DAY, Eric was at the wrap pary (only the final competitors are invited) and was drinking according to Ev.
************************
Ev's blog:
I was the first person eliminated from Fresh Meat and I learned a hell of a lot from that experience. I won the Inferno and learned nothing from it, that challenge was a cakewalk compared to this one. The Veterans won the Gauntlet 3. All the same, I learned from it. What you viewers got was a very tiny fraction of what actually happened on that day, but I’m not allowed to go into that.
Eric collapsed 20 feet from the sliders puzzle, he was going to have an indefinite breather as soon as we got there, and from that checkpoint it was less than a half mile to the finish line. We should have carried him there. We could have laid him down on the sand while we did the puzzle and proceeded accordingly. We were in sight of the f*cking finish line. He would have been fine, I’m a collegiate athlete and I have worked myself to the point of blacking out before, and I’m telling you he would’ve survived the last 25 minutes. It took us two hours to dig up that chest, he would’ve been able to spend that entire time drinking Gatorade and catching his breath. And guys, we were walking and giving Eric breathers the entire way. There was nothing more we could’ve done for him.
That said I hope to never do a team challenge again, unfortunately we never know the format until we show up at the challenge. I hate the nonsense that goes with being chained at the hip (literally, in the case of the final) to some of these people. I’m a competitive person and I come on these things to win, and what these challenges have taught me is that I can only rely on myself.
I have two regrets from the Gauntlet:
The first is going along with getting rid of Katie. What I’ve realized is that she’s the most genuine, kind-hearted person on these things. That was a mistake and one for which I am truly sorry. Katie, you’ve probably heard enough of this from me, but I am sorry girl.
The second is not throwing men’s Gauntlet days. I stepped up and put myself into the Gauntlet to make our team stronger, and our men did not make the same sacrifice to rid us of Eric. I should have demanded this and made it happen, but I, like everyone else, wanted to believe that that was only a minor problem.
My naivety on this challenge was abundantly clear, both in my relationship with Brooke and the ease with which I allowed myself to be manipulated. That quality is gone for good now.
Congratulations to Beth on her engagement!! Hopefully this lays the Tenderoni nonsense to rest once and for all.

I think Brad was right when he said they could have power-walked through the final challenge instead and still won. It was really embarrassing how badly the Rookies should've actually lost.

The Rookie team were so... under-whelmed when they won. I expected Frank and Jillian to practically hump each other in the sand or Tori do a back flip.
They weren't really... excited

I thought CT was hilarious, threatening to drown him if he didn't finish the swim. The Vets should have won hands down, it sucks Eric cost them the final challenge.

They weren't really... excited I think it is because they won by a technicality. The vets had to deal with all the Eric crap and they still won. Although I am sure they were grinning ear to ear when they were cashing their checks. ing fat Eric.

Well I was pulling for the Rookies the whole time, so I'm glad they won. They were definatley the underdogs this season. I'm a little disappointed though because I like Brad, Kenny, and Evan from the Bad Asses.
For the record I wish someone would handle CT.

RW Paris: Pushes Adam around Duel: Punches Davis Gauntlet III: Pours beer on Adam's head
I wish someone would handle him... someone like Alton.

For a minute there In the Season Finale of the Gauntlet III I though Brad was about to tear Into CT, and boy was I wanting It to happen.
