The title says it all which LZ classics are your favorites? And which would you like to see should the reunion tour rumors be true?
This is my personal top 10 and some of the songs I'd like to see (and some of which would) be played.
1. Stairway To Heaven (D'uh, it's the greatest song ever written)
2. In the Evening (Seriously who doesn't love this vibrato arm drenched tune?)
3. Sick Again (Underrated gem that barely gets credit, but always was a concert favorite. Plus it has the distinction of being one of the dirtest rock riffs ever recorded.)
4. In the Light (never played on stage because of it's keyboard overdubs, with today's technology it can be done. Another one of those underrated Led Zep classics.)
5. That's the Way (Hasn't been played live since Earl's Court 1975, unless they did an acoustic portion during the 1977 US shows, I'd love to see it be revived and done during an acoustic portion of a concert again.)
6. Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp (See #5)
7. The Song Remains The Same (works best as a concert opener, If I recall it hasn't been played since the 1977 tour. I think it was recently played at the O2 gig back in December)
8. Good Times, Bad Times (Led Zeppelin's recorded history starts here, I'd love to see it added to a setlist)
9. Wearing and Tearing (Never played live by LZ but done by Plant/Page back in the '80's. It's Zeppelin's most heavy track to date and would be a great addition!)
10. Black Mountain Side/White Summer (This used to be an early staple of Led Zep shows and was done as late as 79/80. I'd like to see a solo spot with Page taking out this great tune).
