/me yawn...
All the Dane Cook hatred bores me.
I think I'll go with Dave Chappelle. His stand-ups are out of hand.

I don't have a single favorite comedian. However, I'm a fan of Mitch Hedberg, Dimitri Martin, Lewis Black, Frank Calliendo, Dave Chappelle, Martin Lawrence, Eddie Griffin, Steven Wright, Stephen Lynch, George Carlin, and Dane Cook.

Carlin was the greatest...then he got old and cranky. Now he just nitpicks the English language ad nauseum. Although in one of his books, I did get a good laugh when he criticized the term "meteoric rise," because he was absolutely right: meteors don't rise, they fall.
Currently I would have to say Lewis Black...he's like Sam Kinnison, only more topical.
