Yep, guys. It has arrived... LOST Season FourAll discussion of LOST goes in here, in this thread. After last year's massive cliffhanger of the future that holds for Jack and Kate, this season should reveal a whole lot more. They say its gunna be the Best and Biggest Season yet, I'll let you decide on that. I will be reviewing every episode the day after it is aired. This Thursday is the Return of LOST, if you have had a little memory loss since Season 3... then here is a little video that should bring you back on to speed. LOST Season 4 was supposed to be airing 16 episodes, but due to the Writers' going on strike, there will only be airing 8 episodes for the time being. ________________________________________________ LOST Season 4Episode One - The Beginning Of The End2 Hour Season Return Review:WOW. What a show, bringing in the biggest ratings of the night. With a great opening, what else can you ask for. I thought the exposing of the 'Oceanic Air 6' was great. The whole flashforward of Hurley was instreasting. We see, what I believe is, Smokey in the mental institute. Instreasting that the story has unfolded futher. Jacob returns, pretty good scene. I enjoyed the whole show but the scene that out for me was the Jack vs. Locke where, Jack shot Locke with the unloaded gun. Shocking. And just before the end, we find the first man to parsheute onto the island, arrive. Can't wait to next week. "Are you Jack?" Airing: Thursday 31st January 2008 on ABC and Sunday 3rd February 2008 on Sky One Promo: ________________________________________________ Episode Two - Confirmed DeadReview:Coming Up Soon Airing: Thursday 7th February 2008 on ABC and Sunday 10th February 2008 on Sky One Promo: ________________________________________________ Episode Three - The EconomistReview:Coming Up Soon Airing: Thursday 14th February 2008 on ABC and Sunday 17th February 2008 on Sky One Promo: ________________________________________________ Many Thanks.

I was a little upset to find out that the first hour is a recap of the first 3 seasons. But then realized there are only 8 episodes so they should drag this out as much as possible. I for one am looking forward to this season, to bad we wont finish up this season for another year or so.

Very excited for Thursday. I've been waiting for this since, well, May.
It's odd to think of how long I waited for Cloverfield, and yet, I learned of that a month and a half after and saw it a few weeks before Lost ended/starts. Crazy.
I started playing the game on find815.com, but I lost track of it and haven't followed it in a couple weeks.

Hopefully these 8 episodes are nothing like the first 8 episodes of Season 3.

Hopefully these 8 episodes are nothing like the first 8 episodes of Season 3. I think the whole point of only doing 16 episodes was so we wouldn't see any or at least to many filler episodes and only episodes that stick to the plot. At least I hope so.

I can't wait. Sadly I work Thursday night so I'll have to tape it, but I've been on the edge of my seat since season three ended last year.

I started playing the game on find815.com, but I lost track of it and haven't followed it in a couple weeks. Same as me.. I had to go on ABC.com to find the password for a sercet video to be shown. I gave up... But only one more day till LOST guys! Should be incredible. I have moved myself away from the Trailers and Promos, so I can just sit and watch it without any clue on whats going on.

I read it was just so they didn't have to have a cut off part in the series, so they just planned on doing about 3 more small series rather than one really long one that has a large gap at xmas.

Your right, I worded it wrong. What I should have said was that with only 16 episodes there is a possibility they wont go to far off from the story with filler episodes. Take shows that only have 13 episodes a season they usually have 1 or 2 fillers if any.

I think once these episodes air, I'll have no new shows to look forward to, aside from Late Night and the occasional reality show (Beauty and the Geek, Survivor, RW/RR Challenges).
How sad.

What the hell happened!?!?!?! My TiVo did some wierd thing where it paused right when it cut to Hurley holding a basketball....it came back when Jack and Kate were talking about Charlie.....what the hell happened in between? ?? Jack showed up in the institution and started shooting hoops with Hurley. Hurley was kicking Jack's ass (they were playing Horse) and the conversation was about the island. Jack asked Hurley if he "told them" and Hurley said he hadn't, Jack asked him if he was going to and Hurley said he didn't know. Jack told Hurley he'd won the game and started to leave, Hurley apologized for leaving with Locke and not staying with Jack and Jack said it was water under the bridge now. Hurley said he thought they should go back and Jack said never. Hurley left with, "never say never". Most notably in the scene, Jack confirms that he's "considering growing a beard", which confirmed these scenes take place before the flash-forwards last season, though that is fairly obvious based on content.
