Actually for a first animation in a long time it;s pretty damn good. It looks kind of real when cena is falling back but when he hits the ground he turns over too fast.
Overall I would rate this 8/10
It's pretty good Nick.

too fast,needs editing,no flow,Cena just floats down to the ground and really has no reaction,Umaga just stands there doing nothing after he hits him,stiff
