Backstory: "It was announced that earlier today, TNA Owner Dixie Carter made an announcement today. "I've made a change in TNA. A change that will rock TNA. I have decided to leave all of the booking up to a new friend of mine. He's 18 years old and he has lots of new booking ideas. I'm leaving all of the booking duties up to him and my writing staff. I've told him that he has the job and he is really excited. He told me that because he doesn't want thousands of fans sending him idea's on what to do about TNA so, for now, his name will just be "Wade". He told me he would make his first act as active Booker right away, and I got a fax from him a few minites later with the roster and a statement that he has vacated all championships and made a new title, the TNA X-Division Tag-Team Titles. He said that all titles will be won through tournaments that he will announce on the first TNA Impact under his booking. Wade also said that he is closing a deal on opening a new development federation call "TNA Wrestling: Anarchy Division". I wish Wade luck in all of his future progress with TNA. ****ty Backstory, I know. I couldn't think of anything better.

Don't you already have a WWE 2003 Diary?
I don't think even you can save TNA, sadly.

TNA Impact #1:
Match 1: TNA X Tag-Team Title Tournament: Aries and Strong vs. Dutt and Sabin Winners: Aries and Strong after a 450 Splash by Aries on Sabin. After the match, Aries and Strong celebrate.
Segment 2: Mitchell’s new force James Mitchell comes down to the ring and takes a microphone. Mitchell: Tonight is the first night in a new revolution. There is a new booker and all the titles are vacated. Well, I’ve decided that I will take a wrestler and make him into a main eventer. This is somebody who you should all know him from his ECW days. He was one of the best in ECW, and then he got soft. He’s been doing interviews for TNA. Once I get a hold of him however, he will be back to his old ways. Ladies and Gentlemen, I give to you my newest client, SHANE DOUGLAS. Shane walks down the isle and then gets into the ring. Mitchell: This is the man who will be changing the face of TNA for good. Because in one second, it’s CLICK (he does the click motion) DOOMSDAY!
Match 2: TNA X-Division Title Tournament: AJ Styles vs. Low-Ki Winner: Low-Ki after a Ki-Krusher 99 *MATCH OF THE NIGHT*
Match 3: NWA Tag-Team Title Tournament: Team 3D vs. America’s Most Wanted Winners: Team 3D after a 3D on James Storm After the match, Team 3D celebrated.
Segment 5: Christian Cage Hype A video is played, hyping Christian Cage.
Match 4: NWA World Heavyweight Title Tournament: Christian Cage vs. Shane Douglas Winner: Shane Douglas after a Franchiser. After the match, Shane celebrates his victory.
That was a decent show. Sorry it was so short. It's all the booking slots I have. But, that's gonna change because TNA just got moved to the main time slot, which means more segments.

TNA Impact #2:
Match 1: TNA X-Division Title Tournament: Samoa Joe vs. Sonjay Dutt Winner: Samoa Joe after a Muscle Buster and Kokina Clutch.
Segment 2: Abyss and Shane are ready for a war Backstage, James Mitchell is standing there with Abyss and Shane Douglas. Mitchell: Tonight, will be the first night that Abyss and Shane Douglas will change TNA. Last week, Shane made his way farther in the NWA Title tournament, defeating Christian Cage. Abyss and Shane Douglas are gonna make it farther in a tournament tonight however, because they have been entered in the NWA Tag-Team Title tournament. They will face The James Gang. The James Gang stands no chance, simply because they know what it’s like to hold the gold. Abyss and Shane Douglas have never held any major gold here in TNA. The James Gang has held the WWE Tag-Team Titles, which were, at the time, some of the most respected titles in this business. However, they have no idea what they are up for. Abyss and Shane Douglas are ready for a war, James Gang are you? I hope so because, it could be CLICK (he does the click motion) DOOMSDAY!!!!!!!!! Mitchell laughs as Shane and Abyss pose as the screen fades to black.
Match 2: NWA World Heavyweight Title Tournament: Konnan vs. Rhino Winner: Rhino after a Gore.
Segment 4: Sting is ready A video is played, hyping Sting.
Match 3: TNA X Tag-Team Title Tournament: Styles and Daniels vs. The Naturals Winners: Styles and Daniels after Styles hits a Styles Clash on Chase Stevens. After the match, Styles and Daniels celebrate. *MATCH OF THE NIGHT*
Segment 6: Petey Williams is an X-Division Star Scott D'Amore is backstage with Petey Williams. D’Amore: Tonight marks the first time that you will get to see what X-Division is all about. Tonight, is when X-Division is pushed to the limit, because Petey Williams is gonna have his first round match. Simply put, Petey Williams is an X-Division star. He’s schelduled to go one-on-one with Jay Lethal. Jay Lethal, you better be prepared to go to your limits with Petey Williams. You should have been preparing for months, watching Petey Williams tapes and training. Now, Lethal, I know that you were a JAPW champion but come on, that promotion is like, forth rate, if there is such a thing. The only reason that you were JAPW champion for as long as you were is because Petey Williams wouldn’t stoop down to your level and go to JAPW. So, Lethal, be prepared for the match of your carrer. You are facing an X-Division star in Petey Williams.
Match 4: TNA X-Division Title Tournament: Petey Williams vs. Jay Lethal Winner: Petey Williams after rolling up Lethal with his feet on the ropes. After the match, Petey celebrated his “clean” victory.
Match 5: NWA Tag-Team Title Tournament: Abyss and Shane Douglas vs. The James Gang Winners: Abyss and Shane Douglas after a Franchiser by Douglas on BG James.
Segment 9: Monty Brown is ready. A video is played, hyping Monty Brown.
Match 6: NWA World Heavyweight Title Tournament: Sting vs. Monty Brown Winner: Sting after a Scorpion Deathlock. After the match, Brown lays out Sting.
I thought it was a decent show. BTW, I have nothing against JAPW, I like them really.

TNA Impact #3:
Match 1: TNA X-Division Title Tournament: Alex Shelley vs. Andy Douglas Winner: Alex Shelley after a Shellshock. After the match, Shelley celebrates his victory.
Segment 2: Tensions between Team 3D and Abyss and Douglas Team 3D are in the ring. Brother Ray: It seems to me that my brother Devon and I here have worked our way up the Tournament to crown new NWA Tag-Team Champions. This Sunday, we will face off against Abyss and Shane Douglas. Douglas, we have worked with you in the pass in ECW so, we know what to expect from you, you know what to expect from us. Now, Abyss, you have no idea what you are facing… Mitchell: OH YES HE DOES!! James Mitchell, Abyss and Shane Douglas all walk down the isle and get in the ring. Mitchell: You may THINK that Abyss knows nothing about Team 3D but, you have no idea. Abyss doesn’t know much about Team 3D and he won’t need to simply because he is a MONSTER. Monsters don’t need to scout, they just dominate. Team 3D, you guys have no idea what you are in for at Victory Road. Abyss and Shane Douglas are the most dominate team in TNA, and they will crush you like the little “Extreme” bugs that you are. Brother Ray: Let me cut you off right there. You see, if your boys had been scouting, they would have noticed that me and Brother Devon, aren’t much for talking, we are more for fighting- Then, Brother Ray and Brother Devon go after Abyss and Shane Douglas. They try and beat them down, and at first do succeed. Then, Abyss fights back against Brother Ray and Brother Devon is taken out by a Franchiser by Shane Douglas. Abyss then tries to drop Brother Ray with a Black Hole Slam but, Brother Ray comes back with a straight punch. Then, he picks up Brother Devon, and then they hit a 3D on Abyss but, Shane Douglas takes Brother Ray out. Security comes out and they separate both teams.
Match 2: TNA X-Division Title Tournament: Homicide vs. Chase Stevens Winner: Homicide with a Cop Killa. After the match, Homicide beats down Chase Stevens
Segment 4: Interview with Styles and Daniels Borash: Guys, going into your match with Austin Aries and Roderick Strong at Victory Road on Sunday, I would just like your thoughts. Styles: Sure, we can give you our thoughts. What are we thinking right now? WE are thinking that we are ready. We’ve been a team for some time now, and we are ready for some gold around our waists. Daniels, I know that we have been the best of friends and the best of enemies, and we’ve put some awesome matches together, here and in other promotions, but I think now we are on the same page, wouldn’t you say? Daniels: I would says that AJ. Aries and Strong, we have faced you guys in singles matches and in multi-man tags both here and other promotions. We are ready, we are prepared, and come Sunday, you guys stand no chance. Because there are new TNA X-Division Tag-Team Champions around, and they are named AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels
Match 3: Christian Cage vs. Simon Diamond Winner: Christian Cage after an Unpritter. After the match, Shane Douglas attacks and lays out Cage.
Segment 6: Brown challenges Sting Sting is in the ring. Sting: Last week, I was in a tournament match against Monty Brown. Now, I won that match, and after the match, Monty Brown attacked me unprovoked. Well, I wanted to talk to Monty this week and I’m not waiting any more, MONTY, GET OUT HERE! Monty Brown comes down to the ring. Sting: All right Monty, I’m gonna cut through all the red tape, why did you attack me last week? Brown: Why did I attack you? It’s simple Sting. You see, I’ve been in TNA for some time now. I’ve won countless “#1 Contender Matches” but, how many title shots have I actually gotten? Almost none and that pisses me off. So, I saw this tournament as a way to get the Alpha Male what he has been craving ever since he stepped foot in TNA. Sting, when you stepped in the Serengeti with me last week, you beat me, and I couldn’t let that go unpunished. Now, I’ve got an idea for you. How about, I face you at Victory Road and we make it a # 1 Contender match so the winner of the tournament will face one of us. What do you say, Sting? Sting: You are on Monty. Now, about last week- Sting tries to fight Monty. He is successful until Brown picks him up and slams him down. Sting then rises, but Brown knocks him back down with a Pounce. Monty then celebrates as he heads towards the back.
Match 4: Chris Sabin vs. Low-Ki Winner: Low-Ki after a Double Stomp. After the match, Low-Ki lays out Sabin in the isle. *MATCH OF THE NIGHT*
Segment 8: Jeff Jarrett Interview Jeff is backstage. Borash: Jeff, with your match with Kip James next, what do you have to say? Jeff: What do I have to say, Borash? I’ll tell you what I have to say. I’ve got no worries about Kip James here tonight, he’s nothing to me. He already was knocked out of one tournament, and he will be knocked out of another. You see, it’s time for Jeff Jarrett to go back on his perch above everybody else in this promotion. I don’t know who this “Wade” person is but, he better know something, which is that I am the face of this promotion and I will prove that tonight, against Kip James.
Segment 9: Kip James Hype Video A video is played, hyping Kip James. Match 5: NWA World Heavyweight Title Tournament: Jeff Jarrett vs. Kip James Winner: Jeff Jarrett after a Stroke. After the match, Jeff celebrates.
BREAKING NEWS FROM TNA.COM
WADE SPEAKS! After the Impact tapings today, Wade put this up on TNA.com:
"I am sick of this tournament. This is going too slowly for my taste and with Victory Road this Sunday; I've got almost no matches. So, what I'm gonna do is stop this tournament. In both of the singles tournaments, there were four men who moved on, so, it's only right that those four men will face off for the belts. In both of the Tag-Team tournaments, those were done anyway; the finals will be at Victory Road, as scheduled. Also, I just helped sign a new wrestler to the TNA roster, and he will make his debut at Victory Road, and I promise that he will help with the new vision that I have put together for TNA. I hope that everybody checks out Victory Road and finds out who that is."

Victory Road is looking pretty interesting. Sad to see Joe and Ki go, honestly. But Ki on the pre-show makes me want to choke you.
Barely Legal's up now, if you care.

PRE SHOW MATCH: Chris Sabin vs. Low-Ki Winner: Low-Ki after a Double Stomp This was a physical match, with most of the aggression by Ki. Midway through the match, Ki looked like he was going to put it away with a Double Stomp but, just as he was about to hit the ground, Sabin moved. He then got up and came off the ropes and hit a huge dropkick. At the end of the match, Sabin was going for a Hesitation Dropkick but, Ki moved out of the way and then hit Sabin in the chest, causing him to fall. Ki then hit the Double Stomp for the pinfall. After the match, Low-Ki layed out Sabin and then left, to a chorus of boos. *MATCH OF THE NIGHT* MAIN SHOW: Match 1: Finals of the TNA X-Division Tag-Team Title Tournament: Styles and Daniels vs. Aries and Strong Winners: Aries and Strong after a 450 Splash by Aries on Styles This was a great opener. All four men gave it their all in this match. Styles and Daniels had the early advantage with a backbreaker by Daniels followed by a splash off the top rope by Styles. Aries and Strong had the momentum turn in their favor however, when Styles and Daniels went for double suicide dives outside of the ring when they went crashing to the floor. At the end of the match, Styles had Aries in the beginnings of the Styles Clash when Roderick came in the ring and hit a superkick. Aries was then able to hit a backbreaker and then a 450 Splash for the pinfall. After the match, Aries and Strong celebrated on the top of the ramp with the titles. Segment 2: Interview with Christian Cage Christian Cage is backstage. Cage: Tonight, I have a match with the new TNA talent. Now, I know how it is being new talent around here, since I was new here about 9 months ago. But, however this is going to be different from when I came to TNA. You are right away going to be thrown in a match with the top talent here in TNA. All I’ve got to say is good luck, and let’s see who this new talent is… Cage’s music plays in the Impact zone as he heads towards the ring. Match 2: vs. Christian Cage As soon as Cage got into the ring, the arena went black, and then a countdown appeared on the screen. Once the clock hit zero, the screen went through a tunnel and then Chris Jericho’s classic pose appeared on the screen. At the top of the ramp, Jericho was there, doing his classic pose. He then went down the ramp and got into the ring. Winner: Jericho after the Walls Of Jericho This was a good match. Cage and Jericho have faced off before so, they knew what to expect from each other. Cage had the early advantage, after hitting several Clotheslines. Later in the match, Cage was going for an Unpritter but, Jericho countered out of it with a dropkick to the back of Cage. At the end of the match, Jericho hit a massive backbreaker off the middle rope and then hooked in the Walls Of Jericho for a submission victory. After the match, Shane Douglas came down to the ring and beat down Christian Cage while Jericho had a puzzled look on his face. He hit a Franchiser for the finisher and then walked to the back, leaving Jericho in the ring, who helped up Christian. Match 3: Monty Brown vs. Sting (Winner is added to the Fatal Four Way for the NWA World Heavyweight Title, loser becomes the #1 Contender.) Winner: Sting after the Scorpion Deathlock This was a physical match. Both men were very hard hitting. At the start of the match, it was all Monty Brown, showing his strength and power advantage. He hit several clotheslines and then a backbreaker. Then, he was going for a Powerbomb but, Sting slid off his shoulders and then hit Brown right in the face. That got the ball rolling for Sting, who showed his veteran instincts. At the end of the match, Brown had fought his way back and was going to go for a Pounce when Sting grabbed him after he came off the ropes and put him in the Scorpion Deathlock. Monty had no choice but to tap-out. Match 4: Finals of the NWA Tag-Team Title Tournament: Abyss and Shane Douglas vs. Team 3D Winners: Abyss and Douglas after a Franchiser by Douglas on Brother Ray This was a crazy match. All four men were hitting hard and hitting devastating moves. Early on, it was all Team 3D, showing their experience as a team. Brother Ray hit a backbreaker on Shane and then Brother Devon came off the top rope onto Douglas. Later in the match, Team 3D was going for the finish but, James Mitchell got involved, and hung Brother Devon on the top. That gave his men the advantage. At the end of the match, Team 3D were again going for the 3D on Douglas but, Abyss came in the ring and took out Brother Devon. That left Shane and Brother Ray in the ring alone. Douglas hit a Franchiser on Ray for the pinfall. Match 5: X-Division Title Fatal Four Way: Alex Shelley vs. Homicide vs. Petey Williams vs. Samoa Joe Winner: Homicide after a Cop Killa on Alex Shelley This was the showcase of the X-Division. All four men had different styles and that is what the X-Division is all about. At the start of the match, it was all Alex Shelley, taking advantage of Petey Williams, hitting several devastating moves. Later in the match, Shelley was going for his finisher when, Joe pulled him out of the ring and then gave him an ‘Ole Kick. Then, Petey came over the top rope, and landed on both Joe and Shelley. Later in the match, Joe put Shelley on the top rope and was going for a Muscle buster when Homicide went under Joe and was going to try and Powerbomb him, when Petey walked along the top rope and took Shelley down with a Hurricanrana just as Homicide snapped Joe down with a powerbomb, causing the whole tower to collapse. At the end of the match, with the crowd chanting “This is awesome!”, Homicide took advantage of the huge pile-up and hit a Cop Killa on Shelley for the pinfall. Segment 7: Fatal Four Way Hype A video is played, hyping the upcoming Shane Douglas vs. Sting vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Rhino match. Match 6: Fatal Four Way Match for the NWA World Heavyweight Title: Jeff Jarrett vs. Rhino vs. Shane Douglas vs. Sting Winner: Sting after a Scorpion Deathlock on Rhino This was the biggest match on the card, and it showed. All four men battled for a chance to be NWA World Heavyweight Champion. In the beginning, Jeff Jarrett and Shane Douglas had a shady alliance to take out Sting, already weakened by Monty Brown earlier tonight. Their planed went accordingly until Sting started to gain the upper hand on them. In the middle of the match, Rhino was the aggressor and it seemed that he was going to hit a Gore on Douglas. But, as soon as he left the corner, Jarrett took him down with a huge clothesline. At the end of the match, Jeff Jarrett was going for the Stroke on Rhino when Sting came back in the ring and hit Jarrett with a German Suplex, causing him to fly out of the ring. Sting then locked in the Scorpion Deathlock in on Rhino for the win.
I think that was one of my better shows. Reply please. You can also view this and all the other things in the diary at my new website: www.freewebs.com/tnawadesway/So, yeah reply away.

I hated Rhino jobbing to Sting in the main event. If anything, Rhino should have won the title, he deserves it iyam. Jericho was sorta expected, to be completely honest. Homicide becoming X-Champion is fine, so long as he maintains his heelitude. VR was a good read other than the main event.
Keep it up, and give RHINO THE DAMN BELT.

TNA IMPACT 4: 7/27/06 Segment 1: Conflict Resolution As the screen fades in, the Highlight Reel is set up with Jericho in the ring. Jericho: WELCOME TO THE HIGHLIGHT REEL! Tonight, the new face of TNA is changing because I am here! I know that all you fans will have signs of this next week so, I’m just going to say it right now, TNA IS JERICHO! But, enough about me. We’ve got to talk about what happened at Victory Road. Let’s all take a look at the footage from Victory Road on the obscenely expensive Jechritron 3000. ROLL THE TAPE! Footage from the Christian Cage vs. Jericho match is shown and what happened after. Jericho: What was that all about? Well, tonight, I’m going to try and get to the bottom of this…this feud between Christian Cage and Shane Douglas. So, let’s welcome my guests at this time, Christian Cage and Shane Douglas! Cage walks down one rampway and gets into the ring, with James Mitchell and Shane getting down the other rampway. Jericho: Now, look, I know that you guys hate each other. But, Why? I mean, Christian, why could you hate that guy? Jericho hands the mic to Cage but, he hands it right back, staring at Douglas. Jericho: Don’t want to talk? Fine. Is it because he’s ugly?
