April 1st Morning Today is the first day of IMPACT pro wrestling.
I get on the phone, sorting out a contract for a show, within the hour I have sorted out a once a week small pay-per-view, entitled IMPACT Pro.
Next up, staff, I am going to need writers, medics, production staff and at least one referee. I sort out some meetings for later today, hopefully we will still be on track by the end of the day.
Mid Day I have meetings lined up throughout the rest of the day, by the end of it, I have signed the staff, with the announcers being Chris Leary and Sly Stone, and my new head trainer being Charlie Shyster, since we are only a small federation I have not been able to get any big names, and that will be the same with wrestlers.
End of Day So, staff and our weekly shows are sorted, tomorrow I start with wrestlers, I already have a few names lined up, and meetings begin tomorrow, looks like I have a full schedule.

Monday April 2nd Morning I get up and check out my E-mail,alot of cuts by WWE, but nothing worth mentioning. I check out PW Insider.com and see a bulletin showing the WrestleMania 23 results:
I set off to my office, I have some meetings to attend.
Mid Day Still busy in meetings
End of Day The contract talks take most of the day, there are a number of small time superstars who agree to come in on open contracts, there are a few talented guys here, the full list is: Greg Pawluk (26 years old, american) MAZADA (28 years old, Japanse) Acero Dorado (29 years old, Mexican) John Walters (26 years old, American) Katsuyori Shibata (25 yeasr old, Japanese) Ace Steel (33 years old, American) B-Boy (27 years old, American) Crazy Crusher (18 years old, canadian) Davey Richards (22 years old, American) Aidan Nathans (21 years old, british) Jake O'Reilly (24 years old, British)
A good start, Ace steel is a great signing, he is already known to a few fans, and the rest is a very talented crops, from all regions of the world. They will start training tomorrow, and IMPACT pro 1 is scheduled for the 5th, I'm going to have to start working out the crowd.

This looks good so far, just don't sign big names straight away and keep it realistic.

Yes, they're nobodies. They're only popluar in your area. And furthermore, why does it matter that his promotion's called Impact Pro Wrestling? It's just a friggin' EWR diary.

Tuesday April 3rdMorningI check my E-mail's, more cuts by WWE, only noticable name in the list is Al Snow, but he isn't a target for me. I set off, heading for the small gym I have hired for training. Mid DayTraining has already begun. I sort through the roster, and start working on a schedule for the show, the full card will be posted tomorrow on www.IMPACTpro.com, so far the roster looks great, and there are alot of great performers in the ring. I sort out a preliminary card, and spend the rest of the day helping Charlie Schyster with training. End of DayI check my E-mails when i get back, there is an E-mail from Julio Dinero on the IPW E-mail. Dinero wants in, no problem there, I reply and tell him to meet at the gym the next day, with the hope of working out a deal.

I like this diary. I think its very realistic. The only bad point I would say is that Lawler would never be released from WWE but other than that I like it.

Friday 6th April Morning Last nights show went okay, and was attended by 39 people, a good start, I decide to check out our public appearence, we have gone from Small - 30% to Small - 33%, but are still the bottom company in the wrestling world, I also have an E-mail from Matt Sydal, who was released by WSX yesterday, Sydal has agreed to my offer of an open contract, now that is good news. More releases from WWE, they just cant stop, but they still have yet to relese anyone of interest. I check out the PW Insider page and see that Wrestling Society X have been taken over by Martin Marin. I head off, I have to talk to the wrestlers about last nights show, with the hope that next weeks IMPACT Pro 2 pulls in a better audience.
News from rest of today Since everyone was working on a one appearence contract, I have to negotiate who is appearing at next weeks show. B-Boy decides to sever ties with the company for now, but everyone else agrees to either a 1 show or 2 show contract.
