UPDATED!
There is a list of cities across the globe. They turned out to all be bowling alleys. When you go and ask for a specific clown name, you receive a bowling bag, a bowling ball(with a phone number etched into it), a joker card, cell phone, and phone charger. When you call the number there is a message from a woman saying, "Now we know who you are."
