the WWE Heavyweight, World Heavyweight, and ECW Championship?
In other words, if you could sign three talents either in TNA, the Indy scene, or household names currently not under contract and build them up to hold the top three titles. Raw's WWE title. Smackdown's World title. And the ECW title on, you guessed it, ECW.
Who would you bring in and which title would they pursue, eventually winning? For me it might be..
WWE Champion: Sting. If they Stinger were to come to WWE and have a positive run, I can't see WWE putting a title on him that he's held already. They'd want to give him some WWE prestige, that is if WWE chose to not bury him.
World Champion: I'm gonna go out on a huge limb and say Brock Lesnar. On Smackdown he was the man, and correct me if I'm wrong, he's never been World Champion. (WWE Heavyweight, and Undisputed, but not the World.)
Maybe he's not hugely deserving, and neither is Sting, really.. but they'd make for great centerfolds of the brands they would be representing.
As for an ECW Champiom: Austin Aries. The one man that could probably make Punk seem like an afterthought based on work rate, intensity, and uncharted mic skills we all know exist.

I'd like to see James Storm win the WWE title, just to put beer bottles on it.

ECW Champion: Raven
He could single handedly make ECW fun again.

If they`re not with the company how can they be deserving? Ask WWE when it came to Goldberg, or TNA with Christian Cage. A wrestler can fit the role of the belt, but I also mention it needing to be some one they can build up. If Jericho hadn't returned, he'd be a perfect example, Jericho is some one who can wrestle circles around main eventers expected to lead the brand. You can be deserving, just need to be booked properly.

Even though he was recently signed to WWE...I think Chris Harris can carry the company...Give him one of the two titles on Raw or SD!

Nobody deserves ****, you have to have the talent to be a champ. The how does that explain how Khali won the world title? First, he was a transitional champ, when Egde had to give up the title. I suppose they could of just straight up gave it to Batista, but then it wouldn't have mad him appear as strong. Secondly, he's huge, which is the other reason they gave the belt to him. He was a believable champ because of his size and I think people are way too hard on him for his wrestling short comings. I think considering his size, he does a damn good job. I'd like to see him develop a better ring psychology and really drive home that he's a force, but other than that, he's done his job as a big man.

ECW Champion: Raven He could single handedly make ECW fun again. Not these days. The pre-thyroid-gland-problems Raven would have, but he's a shell of his former self. CBT, I agree with all of your choices. I also think Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Christian Cage, and Nigel McGuinness are all worth candidates for the ECW Title.

He is better than over half the roster in WWE and TNA.

I hate Sting. Sorry, just letting that out. Cage never should have won the TNA crown so easy and so quick as he did tbh, ruined the fizz of a lengthy feud and build for a title run but that's just TNA's style . Hopefully they can do a good job with Booker when his time comes for a world title run and not have him win it the first shot he has at it.

Everyone was saying CM Punk deserved to win the WWE title and World title and main event WrestleMania and beat John Cena and Batista and then he won MITB and everyone starts saying he's not ready blah blah blah.

In order for Austin Aries to even get signed with the WWE, he would have to stop sticking needles in his ass.
