The local FOX Ch. 5 affiliate in Atlanta, Ga. has published a top story on their website concerning the former house of a WWE wrestler and HGH that was apparently left behind in the attic.
The story does not disclose the name of the wrestler or the current homeowner, who claims his daughter discovered bottles of testosterone and anabolic steroids in a shoebox in the attic.
FOX 5's story includes information that the house is in Locust Grove, Ga., which is 30 miles south of Atlanta, but does not disclose when the house was sold to the current homeowner.
The homeowner provided police with syringes and other drug material that was discovered tucked away in the attic, along with a copy of the wrestler's contract and a copy of the 2004 memo about WWE's new dress code policy.
Police are currently investigating the contents inside the bottles. WWE's Director of Publicity Kevin Hennesy told FOX 5 "wrestlers can only be prescribed steroids by a physician which is rare and only for a specific medical condition and it is usually taken orally." Hennesy added, "If a wrestler is injecting steroids for performance enhancement purposes that would be a matter for local law enforcement."
FOX 5 is not disclosing the name of the wrestler until they speak with him about the contents. They believe he is living with relatives in another state.
