Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, Nine Inch Nails, Kanye West, Wilco, The Raconteurs, Love and Rockets, Gnarls Barkley, Bloc Party, The Black Keys, Broken Social Scene, Flogging Molly, Mark Ronson, Cat Power, Lupe Fiasco, The National, G. Love & Special Sauce, Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings, Gogol Bordello, Stephen Malkmus and The Jicks, Dierks Bentley, Okkervil River, Girl Talk, CSS and Brand New. There are some more bands I didn't post, for the full lineup check out www.lollapalooza.com. I was contemplating going to see Radiohead already, but with Rage, Brand New, Flogging Molly and Kanye there is no way I can miss this.

I already decided that if Rage & Kanye are playing on the say day, then I'm going. There's no way I can afford the 2 day passes.

Wow, pretty good lineup. I'd go for Radiohead and Broken Social Scene, really.

Radiohead AND Love and Rockets!!!! Not to mention all the other wonderful bands on the list
Gogl Bordello! Gnarls Barkley! Rage!!! Wilco, the Raconteurs, and Flogging frickin Molly!!!!
Oh why do I not have $200 and a way to Chicago?!?!
And to those who didn't know, it's not a tour. Hasn't been in years. It's just a three day festival.

I'm not a fan of "certain bands on certain days" festivals, just make one big unecessarily long show!

I'm not a fan of "certain bands on certain days" festivals, just make one big unecessarily long show! The bad part of that is usually the weather. It is usually ungodly hot out there with the humidity & people are always getting sick. I think that's why they do that.

It's basically $200 for Radiohead. F*ck them for playing one Chicago show, and it being a festival where tens of thousands of ugly, fat, sweaty bald morons will be rubbing elbows with each other. Sorry, not my thing at all. Radiohead shafted Chicago royally. I'm gonna stick to smaller shows. More shows with more bands I like for less money and none of that non-intimate festival environment or overpricing or heat. Lovin' it.

Looks like I'm couch surfing this year too. What an epic Lolla, 22 bands I want to see. At times I wish I still lived in Chicago. Too bad Weezer stopped playing festivals. I would have loved to seem them in that line up. Also, They Might Be Giants.

Just because you can't go doesn't mean you have to bash every person who lives in Chicago.
