Good job on his behalf. We can have Bossman in his 80's and late 1990's attire. I've given up on Owen Hart and Macho Man signings, which is why I made customs of them.

You could call it determination or maybe it just finally fell into place, who knows? But no matter what kind of rereleases JAKKS gives us, on a whole they are still the best figures ever.

He's doing his job the best he can. It's not always easy getting A level talent to sign. I don't believe that Jeremy doesn't want to sign Macho Man, Sting, Steamboat and Owen, but there are others who simply disagree otherwise.

I think if they make all the classic they have signed (Where is Crush, Damit), overall they (jakks) have done a great job of signing classic. Sure we are missing Sting, Owen and Savage. But, I don't think there is a thing Jakks can do about this. But Im pretty sure we will see Steamboat before the end.
Overall Jakks have always done a great job of signing people to the classics! Bassman is just more proof of this.

No, looking at upcoming lines Jakks has given up on signing talent that should be in the classic line and has resorted to signing crap like the Headbangers.

We will probably never see a Macho Man CS fig. I think Vince has vowed to never work with him again and he has veto power over all the figures Jakks puts out (only for the WWE line of course). I have been very critical of Jeremy and Jakks lately, due to all the "mistakes" I see coming out. However, the reason we are all so passionate about this toyline is because it's simply the best toyline out there. LMAO!!!

I just hope that Jeremy is determined to carry on a CS-style line in 2010... i mean, sure there will be limitations without WWE, but it should still be possible to make a lot of great classic talent. and of course, it would make a lot of money for jakks.

Ya, I think Jeremy is trying his hardest before they move on in 2010. I think it's more of a competition thing now with mattel. Bossman is a huge signing. If Jeremy is able to sign macho somehow, then jakks will definitely be the best toy company in my opinion and there would be nothing mattel could do that would be better.

and maybe even momre re-energised and sign macho man Jeremy has already tried to sign Macho Man. Jakks is not to blame for Macho Man not being in the CS line. It is VINCE.I have spoken with Jeremy in the past and he said Vince will not sign off and allow Savage to be made in the Classic line. I guess Vince has hatred for Savage that never got resolved. The same for goes for JJ Dillon. Although, he was on Raw last week, Vince still doesn't like him and he was not approved by WWE for a Classic figure. This coming from JJ himself at the NWA Fanfest last year. Not saying, WWE won't change their mind in the next year and a half, but it is not likely that we will get a Savage. And it is no fault of Jeremy or Jakks. In fact, once the CS line took off, Savage was approached early on and from what I hear agreed to a deal. But WWE said no, so it never happened.

They know who the biggest stars are and who will sell the most. And even if they didn't know before, they certainly do now after the official survey results. People ask about the "big 5" (listed above) on almost every Q&A and it is a total waste of a question. OF COURSE Jakks is trying to sign the most wanted talent. we don't need to ask for any of them. We are lucky to get 2 Q&A sessions a year with Jakks, and morons asking about Macho Man, things we already know, "thanking" jakks and making jokes waste half of the questions. people can be so stupid sometimes, it drives me crazy.

Man I cant wait for the Bossman to come out. The ones I want the most now to be made are the last of the LJNs..... Bossman lowers the list to 11. (12 if you count the Referee):
Haku Macho Man Randy Savage Cpl. Kirschner Ted Arcidi Hercules Hernandez Billy Jack Haynes Ricky Steamboat Special Delivery Jones Adorable Adrian Adonis Ms. Elizabeth Mr. Fuji Outback Jack
Johnny V and Slick are on the placeholders list so those are excluded now from the list also.....

just because it doesn't match your opinion doesn't make it a joke. the survey was filled in by Jakks customers and therefore is completely valid. it might not be an accurate representation of the top 50 most important people in all wrestling history, but like i said on jeremy.com, Mikey ‘The Crusher’ McMichaelson (made-up name) might be incredibly important in the history of wrestling, and a huge star in the 1970s, but if only a couple of people are gonna buy him, Jakks aren’t gonna make him. And that makes sense. It’s all about supply and demand. What you old-school fans don't seem to understand is that the Monday Night Wars was an important time in wrestling. It brought in a LOT of new fans. YES the 80s and early 90s were important times too, but you old-school fans seem to bear a huge grudge against accepting the equal importance of the attitude-era. and to address your comments on Jeremy.com... the internet community might not include every jakks customer, BUT it is a percentage. and incase you haven't realized, ALL surveys (for any company and any purpose) get their results from just a sample of people. and the comment that there are a lot of kids on WF is ridiculous. OF COURSE there is a lot of kids on WF. and that's because a lot of Jakks customers ARE KIDS!! you seem to be forgetting that action figures are TOYS and speaking in general are primarily aimed at and bought by children. I think the survey voters/results are a completely fair and accurate reprentation of Jakks customers, and chances are, if Jakks did somehow manage to ask every one of their customers to take the survey, it would come out pretty much the same.
