Good lord, the Ticketmaster website has ALWAYS been horrible, but today I've found out that they've somehow made it worse! Now they make you type in 2 words using their crapty Captcha security code, and it doesn't even work! Half the time it's not even a word, just a jumbled mess of letters and symbols that you can't even make out. Then, after having to retype the security code nine times, when you finally get through, they only offer you terrible seats, even though the tickets just went on sale 30 seconds ago! I refuse to believe that 2 minutes after tickets go on sale, the best seats you can give me are in Row 9! The guy on the phone was no more helpful either, even though I know his computer can choose whichever damn deat it wants, he tells me he can't give me better seats either! Worse yet, no matter how many times I reload the damn website, it just keeps giving me the same crappy seats over and over and over.
Sorry, I just needed to rant. Does anyone heere hate Ticketmaster online as much as I do? I know they're just trying to make it harder for the Scalpers, but do they not realize that they're just making it 10x worse for the average person as well?

I can't say that I have had any TicketMaster problems. The only thing that has ever been not smooth for me on their site was slowdown when I got WrestleMania tickets. Otherwise, I have ordered about a dozen times in the past year or two, and haven't had a bad experience yet.

Well, the first several rows are almost always reserved for VIPS, radio stations, friends, celebrities, and so forth. So, odds are, yeah, those were the best seats actually available.

I understand your complaint. I've never had much luck with getting great seats through ticketmaster either. Its seems since the internet became a huge deal, they have also cut back their phone workers a lot, so calling them isn't worth it anymore.

I use Ticketmaster all the time and I’ve had no problems getting good seats through a presale. I learned from my experience that there are times where you can get the good seats to come right up and some of the time you just have to keep on trying. My friend and I can usually get seats within the first 5 rows on the floor.

Yeah, you might as well just go to the venue itself at 5:00 in the morning. It's easily the best way to get the seats you want. When I got tickets for RAW, I was 5th row and 2 seats from the ramp.

Ticketmaster did screw me on Backlash tickets so I had to get them from a scalper. But other than that they have been pretty good to me

I've never had problems getting wrestling tickets from Ticketmaster, but when it comes to big arena style concerts its always a crap shoot. ticketmaster.
