hi their, I would really apppreciate some help for my xbox live. I just recently bought a new phone and my mam being a fool she plugged it in without the adapter. And since then my xbox live has been crashing and jumping all the time and it wont even let me play , one minute im shooting then it jumps and im dead.
I have a ethernet cable also running through my door and I wonder if its just a coincidence that since we have got the phone , maybe the ethernet cable is broke as it gets jammed in the door quite alot.
So , do you think the phone has caused problems with my internet? Or do you think I should just get a knew ethernet cable.
Thanks alot any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you have been issues before Tuesday or would you say that the issues started around Tuesday?

Around about that time , its worked great about a week ago.
I have a BT Home Hub thing as well if that makes any difference thats what the ethernet wire is connected to. But then my mam bought a new phone aswell as that one. Do you think it could be a technical problem with the BT home hub? Thanks

XBL has been having issues since then, that's why he's asking.

XBL has been having issues since then, that's why he's asking. Yeah, if the issues started on Tuesday, it's likely related to some issues that came up with XBL since it went under routine maintenance on Tuesday morning. Apparently the only people having issues now are people with the XNA development software, so if you're still having issues then it's possibly your router/modem/something.
