wrestlingobserver.com/wo/news/headlines/default.asp?aID=22686This post was a really good read. And being a huge Cham Pain fan myself, I think it's time that he actually got a deal. The man has worked his ass off, and sadly has little to show for it. Actually Murray Happer, who was mentioned in the article, is in a very similar boat. I'm not even sure what he's up to now a days.

LMAO, this is the jobber who thought Triple H was going for the underhook piledriver and he ended up doing a Pedigree and he landed on his head.
He lost to MVP at No Mercy 2006 and recently to Vladimir Kozlov on Smackdown this week.
How many jobbers can say they were on a WWE PPV and got on the most famous Pedigree video? None.

I know who Cham Pain is, but I never knew his real name is Marty Garner. Last night when they announced his name, I remembered the name of Marty Garner. I remembered that it was revealed that HE was the guy who landed on his head during the famous pedigree. But i never knew that was Cham Pain.

That was so lame. LOL He looks like a jobber who gets in 2 good offensive moves. What's the character supposed to be? He smokes? He has a game plan? And that name is really awful. haha If he won a title, would he say, "What are the first five letters of my name? C-H-A-M-P!"

Cham.... Pain? Ignor.... Rant? Don't get all pissy with me just because this guy is too stupid to choose a decent ring name.

Is anyone actually going to help him "flood WWE's and TNA's websites?" I'd be satisfied being the guy in the "TRIPLE H KILLS JOBBER" videos.

Didn't he take part in Tough Enough season 1? I just finished watching that DVD and I'm sure I heard him in there somewhere? Yeah, he was at the tryouts... He actually didn't get in because he was already a professional, and they all knew him. And just because some of you think the name is dumb, doesn't mean he's not talented. And he obviously would wrestle under a different name if he was brought up. It's just kind of sad that he was the only guy that was big in OMEGA that never got the call up. Though Murray never made it real big, he was signed a few times... And was Bo Dupp in the beginning of TNA. Funny story. When Kanyon was doing the CCK gimmick, he actually asked Marty's permission before using the Champagne part of the name.
