I tried to hit all the major ones. I left out stuff like lWo, Los Baricuas(sp?), SEX, DOA, and whatnot. Feel free to vote for them and list them if you want though. It's hard for me to pick, but I think I'm gonna have to say Shawn and Hunter's DX with the Corporation as a close second and the other DX as a close third.

Without question The Corporation.
Vince, Shane, The Rock, Big Boss Man, Ken Shamrock, Kane, Test, Chyna, Triple H, The Big Show...
Some other favorites:
D-Generation X: Triple H, X-Pac, Chyna, The Road Dog, Bill Gunn
Ministry of Darkness: The Undertaker, Paul Bearer, Mideon, Bradshaw, Farqquoo, Viscera, Edge, Christian, and Gangrel. (Not the most talented outside of E & C)
The RadicalZ: Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit, Perry Saturn, and Eddie Guerrero
*EDIT* Where's the McMahon-Helmsly faction?

I really loved the Coporation. Never at the time saw the Horseman so I can't pick that. Wasn't a big fan of the nWo. I also really liked the NOD, DX and Ministry. But Corporation for some reason was my favorite.

I was so anti-WCW so I never really watched the nWo. Reading about it, looks like everyone ended up on the nWo sooner or later.

NWO 4 L! At least the first year when it was mostly just Hogan Nash and Hall. They will never be surpassed as the greatest team. Most who say the Horsemen are they greatest never watched them. They try to act like they know something about wrestling. Fact: Horsemen even in their heyday never made enough money to keep WCW out of debt. NWO not only single handedly brought WCW out of the red, they beat WWE in the ratings.

You should have allowed at least the ability to choose three. Most of those are top notch stables.

The Original nWo circa 96 to 97, Hogan, Nash, Hall, Giant, DiBiase and Syxx was probably all they needed in my opinion.
