Part II is currently in the maknig as we have some really neat ideas for the sequel, Any comments on both youtube and here in this thread would be awesome. Any ideas, tips/tricks for video editing, etc. would be nice too. I had edited it in Windows Movie Maker. Overall I hope you all enjoy the film!

So.. who gives a crap if he dielivers it or not? and why is he rolling around so much? maybe its his fault the pizza didnt get delivered. I think he's in the wrong line of work. He shouldnt be delivering pizzas with that attitude. But at the same time, i dont condone the old guy with the mask on hitting him. Thats un-necessary. The old guy wearing a mask needs to be reported to local authorities, so he can be dealt with acordingly. And the guty delivering the pizza has to make a crushing career choice now. He could keep the easy pizza job that he sucks at, or he could wok harder and try to go to better things, and maybe get a job he'd enjoy. There. In a couple of seconds i wrote a better story than your 3 minute disaster. A short story is supposed to have an under-lying meaning. a purpose. a reason for people to watch it. A shot film is supposed to evoke a particlar emotion, and do it well. Be it curiosity, laughter, anger, regret.. its supposed to be made to make someone feel a particlar emotion. I will admit though... I did feel regret after clicking into it  |

Come on, everyone?! He ain't professional film maker or Hollywood or whatever. Stop being criticism. This is his hobbies, and he like to do something and show to people, which he should be proud of. I can say that MOST of you won't make better film than he do (No offence, but its true) So stop trying being criticism or think know any else to him.
Anyway, Was watch your film, that looks good. Wish to know what happen while the old man grab Pizza guy in the house, etc.

Without criticism he would not know what areas to improve on. In this case, its the whole thing. But, I to used to enjoy making short movies and they were all pretty crapty in the beggining but i kept trying and gradually got better. Just work at it and sooner or later you will have an original idea that many people may like.

I do agree, without criticism, there won't be improve. But most of them criticism in not approved way. Such as "Gay" "You'd be better off not making films anymore." etc. That obvious won't improved.
And most of them not explain what part need imrpove, etc.

Work on lighting and keeping the camera steady. That'd make things more watchable. |

oh and if you're really serious about making short films, I'd recommend some better editing and publishing software, I know magix makes a pretty affordable one.
