Hulk's a smart businessman, but like most smart businessmen, a heartless individual.

Hulk's a smart businessman, but like most smart businessmen, a heartless individual. To call him heartless is a bit much don't you think? Hulk Hogan, over the years, has spent MILLIONS out of pocket to give to charities, particularly the Make-A-Wish foundation. He's dedicated countless hours going to hospitals and spending time with sick children. I am sure he got a tax write off for his donations, but not his time. Judge his whole body of work, not individual situations. EDIT: Unless of course, the individual situation is him killing his wife and son. Then you can judge him on an individual action and not his body of work.

Would have have done those things if he knew no one would have ever found out about them?

But he made an effort to publicize these donations and the like. Would have have done those things if he knew no one would have ever found out about them? I have NEVER heard Hogan brag about his charity work. The feds that he worked for may have bragged about it in DVD's and/or television specials, but I have never heard Hogan personally brag in an interview about it. He did mention it when he turned heel about how the fans didn't appreciate it, but I can't think of another time. If he really wanted to make it public, he' disclose a figure as to how much he's given over the years. The Make-A-Wish foundation is always touting Hogan being the most requested Superstar, even until this day, and they hype up Hogan's support, but again, I have never heard Hogan put it out publicly as some sort of "badge of honor" or anything like that.

Are you Hogan himself, because you sure as hell defend everything him and his family do. Come on. Isn't that comment a little ignorant? Do I have to be Hogan in order to point out the other side of the coin? How many people are Hogan bashers on this board and you're going to jump on one of his supporters? There is never anything wrong with having an educated debate when people can provide facts to back up the claims that they make. A good argument needs both sides of the argument presented so people who may not have formed an opinion, can have all of the facts so they can form their own informed opinion. As much as I would love to have the Hogan money, I am not Hulk Hogan. Now the record is clear.....BROTHER!

Nick is a heartless bastard, plain and simple. All they can think of is blaming someone for NICK's mistake, and aswell as looking to cash in from this.Sadly nick wont learn his lesson, and he will hurt another person in the coming years.
Someone needs to beat the hell out of the kid...he needs a reality check.

Someone needs to beat the hell out of the kid...he needs a reality check. And what if Nick decides, or even the court decides, that the money made off of this new show, goes to the Grazianos? Would it be bad then? The Grazianos are going to get a lot of cash from this anyways. I am sure they are not going to turn away the paychecks. What is wrong with The Hogan's finding a way to replenish some of the lost money? That's not just business, that's life. If you lose money, you don't want it to stay lost forever.

First of all, Nick was the minor in the car and Graziano was the adult. So the one who should've been most responsible was Graziano. He didn't put on his seatbelt. Nick was driving. Nick drove like an idiot. Nick crashed. If none of that had happened, Graziano neglecting to wear a seat belt would have been irrelevant. Look, people make bad decisions all the time. It doesn't mean they deserve to be the victim of other people's stupidity. I'm sure Graziano isn't a saint, but at the end of the day, Nick's actions caused his paralysis, not the other way around. I could go driving right now without a seat belt, and that would be stupid on my part. But if I get hit by a drunk driver and ejected from the car and I die, it's still the drunk's fault.

Then you've never heard it or seen it. By it's very definition this isn't even wire tapping, never mind on the illegal front. Jails monitor all calls in and out of the institution for alot of reasons, there is no tapping involved, and seeing as it's their own phones, if there was tapping, it wouldn't be illegal. Don't just throw that buzz word out there because you hear it int he media, it pertains to something totally different. The legality of releasing the tapes is questionable though. I'm not going to just out right say it's illegal because it's actually quite surprising the power jails have over inmates once they enter the system. In jail you forfeit alot of rights, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this is completely legal. It becomes illegal wire tapping once they use that conversation for anything other than what pertains to the prison. Once they sold that tape, which is audio, that became illegal wire tapping. Trust me, I am very well versed in this. It's the same concept behind why a store can only videotape you on a security camera and not record sound. Once they record sound, it becomes illegal wire tapping and they can be sued. The prison has every right to monitor the conversation but it's a violation of Nick's civil rights to take that tape and sell or give it to the media! They're not tapping there own phones though, this isn't illegal wire tapping. Wire tapping is when another parties phone line is monitored unbeknownst to the people speaking on it. In one conversation with his mom you can here a recording say that the call "Might be recorded". The releasing of the tape is probably illegal, I'll give you that. But by it's definition this isn't wire tapping. Is this messed up? Absolutely, here's a scared 16 year old kid confiding in his parents and now people can roast him for the things he said to them in confidence. However once you enter the US Penetentiary system as an adult you indeed forfeit alot of your rights, and I'm not even speaking from a official sense. However fair it is you're pretty much at the jails mercy. Like I said in an earlier post, inmates give so much up in regards to rights I wouldn't be surprised if this is somehow legal.

The fact that you people act like you know him is funny to me.
But rape is still funny no matter who it is. So step to it, Tyrone.

When I heard about that this is what I said. "This is to good to be true." Man this has been a good month. Won 10 dollars in gas, 2 figures won, Got Wrestlemania 24 and McMahon, Are whole family got blessed by the fact my sister finnally had her first baby after two failed pregnancy's. Way to open up there . . . . I can see how Hogan's family's problems would add to what's turning out to be a charmed life for you.

I'm as big a Hogan fan as anyone on here, but he's obviously not a very good father. Says something about his character.

Yeah I find peoples reactions here equally disturbing, it's as if some people here have a personal vendetta against Nick with nothing but the excuse that he's Hulks son and he "spoiled".
