For me i've always found the following to be criminally under-rated.....
1>George "The Animal" Steele CS2 2>Ultimate Warrior CS3 3>Junkyard Dog CS4 4>Nikolai Volkoff CS5 5>Koko B Ware CS6 6>Don Muraco CS7 7>Akeem CS9 8>Bruno Sammartino CS10 9>Dusty Rhodes CS13 10>Bad News Brown CS13
Thoughts?

I don't know if I could name 10, but for me, I think Brother Love is a great figure - the only thing you could do to improve it would be to sort the scale out, but as I'm not bothered about scale, for me it's perfect. Great head sculpt, perfect attire and even little details like the white microphone and Book of Love. Brother Love easily makes my top 5 figs. Another is CS7 Monsoon (What can I say - I like the cloth shirt) Another great head and attire, sent over the top by the details such as his jacket pattern and blue glasses.

I wont go as far as naming ten but one figure i really think is underrated is CS Fabulous Moolah. The name is synonomous with the idea of a shelfwarmer but the figure is amazing. Not only does the scan capture her likeness very well but the padded body suit really adds. Then there is the jacket full of detail. The whole figure is perfect and surely the only reason it shelfwarms is it was packed in too higher number or cause of prices but the figure itself is exceptional.

Can't really name 10, but Al Snow would be underrated IMO. Figure is perfect but still pretty much underrated

Rick Rude, that figure is great and comes with a robe but yet it is a huge shelfwarmer

in no particular order
1. CS 10 Rocky Maivia. Scan is perfect, attire is perfect, this figure is a near 10/10
2. CS 12 IRS Great scan, perfect "body style", briefcase accessory, one of the better figures in the massive series 12
3. CS 7 Gorilla Monsoon Gorilla as a commentator is how i remmber him, this figure captures that era 100% accurately
4. &5. CSTT 7 Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard as "The Brainbusters" More detailed headscans, great looking molded jackets, even though this is supposed to be "the 4 horsemen" this is the best out of the three 2-packs and should not have been a shelfwarmer
6. CS 5 Nikolai Volkoff This figure is all around excellent, the cloth shirt & russian hat add so much more, plus the scan is a great "evil russian" look
7. CS 9 Kamala it's amazing how perfect this figure is. right down to the stars & moon
8. CS 7 Jimmy Hart perfect attire choice, megaphone accessory, awesome scan for one of the best managers in wrestling history
9. CS 13 Droz I didnt like this figure at first, but after getting it and seeing all the detail that was put into it, even in the shorts. it's definitley one of the better figures in that series
10. CS 15 Lex Luger the scan is PERFECT and the attire is 100% accurate, this is "WCW" lex luger at its best

i always liked CS9 Papa Shango. granted the Hat could have had a cloth feather, but other than that it was greatly detailed with all the tattoos.
CS8 Bob Orton was good too, with the extended wrist tape on his left arm to act as his 'cast' he used to have.
i liked CS7 Bulldog too, with it's Union Jack knee pads

Papa Shango, Flair series 9, Vader, these are always big sellers for me. And I love CS 14 Demo, I venture to think they will be highly sought after in a year or two.

I agree with others about CS13 Dusty Rhodes and Al Snow. I managed to get the Snow during the clearance sale, but didn't see the Rhodes until after and man did I want it. Also, I agree with Rick Rude and Nikolai Volkoff. I just got Volkoff from eBay, but it kinda sucks because it didn't come with any of the gear. Still a good fig tho.

Nobody really underrates the figures. Most CS figures are good ('cept for turds like CS 9, the Horsemen TT set, etc.)
If no-one talks about a particular talent's figure, it's because that TALENT is underrated. No-one says what an awesome figure CSTT Virgil was, because he was an underrated wrestler. No reflection on the figure though.
Simple as that.
