Yep. They have a little trigger/button on the back that a person would press and it squirts water. Hogan and Warrior were the only two made. They were made my Multi Toy Corp in 1990 though, not Hasbro. You can see my Hulk Hogan on the right side in this pic:

yeah those are cool...my brother had the warrior..had a lever on its back that you would press in to squirt out the water....hogan and warrior were the only ones made as mentioned above..

yup its totally real, I recently picked one up on Ebay. Its a really cool figure, only the bottom of the feet are rounded instead of flat so its hard to display standing....not sure if they are all like that or mine is some kind of defect tho.

As said, Hogan and Warrior are the only waterspray figures - called Water Pumpers. However the same company made a couple of waterspray heads - called Squirt Heads (from memory: Marty Jannetty, Jake Roberts, Dibiase, Bossman, Michaels, LOD, Bushwackers, Warrior, Hogan and Macho Man) - as well as waterspray "gun"heads.
