Remember it vagualy. It was in the Brock vs Taker feud. I may be wrong but wasn't it just a scam to tease Sara while she was pregnant.

It was supposed to be Heyman using Tracy to get in the head of 'Taker, giving Lesner the psychological edge in their match at No Mercy.

The storyline completely messed up the continuity of the Taker character -- when this affair was supposed to have taken place, wasn't Taker a voiceless living zombie?

She did, Taker went on to lose to Lesnar in HIAC at No Mercy 2002, returning at Royal Rumble in '03.

I actually remember this. Here's how it went down:
Takers wife was pregnant in real life, and when Taker was feuding with Lesnar/Heyman, Heyman brought Tracy in, saying Taker had an affair with her. This went on for a few weeks, Taker denying it. This led up to the NM Hell in the Cell, where backstage Stephanie and Tracy had a "girl talk". Stephanie got her to confess that it was all made up and pushed on her by Heyman. Taker was right behind her when she said it, so he screamed "Your a lying bitch." Then Stephanie kicked her out of the office and the WWE.

It ended like everything else in the WWE: a stupid idea that lasted 2 weeks before the writers got rid of it.
The entire feud between Undertaker and Lesnar was written terribly, but their matches made up for it. The whole thing with Sara and Tracy and then the storyline based around whether Taker would be allowed to wear his cast in the HIAC match was just brutal. Like I said, it's a good thing they worked really well together or that entire feud could have been a disaster.

At No Mercy Stephanie invited Traci to her office and let her slip that she was lying about she and Taker and Taker said and i quote "Off the record your a lying bitch". I also quote Kane "So how was your week".

Man I don't remember this at all and I was quite interested in Taker's feud with Brock. I would need to see it and maybe I'd remember it.
