Follow these steps to turn off outgoing email scanning:
1. Start Norton AntiVirus. If Norton AntiVirus is installed as part of Norton SystemWorks or Norton Internet Security, then start that program.
2. Click Options. If you see a menu, click Norton AntiVirus.
3. In the left pane, click Email.
4. In the right pane, uncheck Scan outgoing Email.
5. Click OK. If a Protection Alert appears, on the drop-down menu, click Permanently, and then click OK.
6. Close Norton AntiVirus.
[/size] And I noticed in all the pop ups, its like my email is sending out spam to random people.

Hmm. Whatever it is, Symantec is blocking it. Honestly, I would say since Norton isnt the best, uninstall Norton and get a better anti-virus (just my opinion)
