Does anyone know how much the Hasbro version of Dusty Rhodes with Yellow Boots is worth? How many are their in existence?

I believe around £50. It's quite hard to judge, I've also heard abit of controvery about the figure, saying that it's just sun damage.
I'm unsure really

I have the chance to buy a lot of around 80 figures including 5 of the 6 green cards and Dusty with Yellow boots but the guy wants $400 bucks (or maybe I can get him down). What should I do?

try to get it slightler lower, although in the UK you would prob pick up the green series and dusty yellow bootsf £80 -£120 loose now so $400 dollars is not that bad, but im sure you can haggle him down

Well it wasn't just sun-damage, that's stupid. It was a legitimate variant. Anyone knows that.

I have never put much stock in the "yellow boots" idea. Namely, because there are no different paint apps, it's a discoloration of the plastic. If you see a good picture of one, you will notice that the boots are not painted differently, and the legs, kneepads, etc. are also slightly tinted yellow. I believe this is just the discoloration of plastic over time. This was a problem with NES and SNES game consoles; over the years, regardless of if they were in the sun or not, many of them have yellowed plastic. Often, not even the whole system is discolored, maybe just the top or the door, for instance. I think this is what happened with the Dustys. That's just my take on it - "yellow boots" (legs?) DR does exist, but it's an error. An inferior product - if you weeel.

I didn't say you did, pal. I was disputing the rumours. I knew it wasn't YOU perpetuating the rumour. Okay? Don't be so quick to get tetchy next time. Thanks.
