Won't be legit, the official Dragon Ball Online asnt even been finished yet, i believe. If its a actual DB Online game it'll be a homebrew or mod.

I don't like how setup.exe is linked all over the place on that page.
And this:
To download and play the Dragon Ball Z Online Game you must download and install Zango as well.

zango comes with adware, I wouldn't download it. Of course you could download it and scan it straight away, but you wouldnt want to risk infecting other files.
