Phoenix, looks alot cleaner and the attire is good, gazza's has a weird torso that looks odd where the arms are put on.

Phoenix: The figure is put together really well, it is in proportion and has a good head/hair mod.
Gazza- The shoulders are extremely messy, you can see the shoulders for the proto that the arms were attached to. The upper body and head are too small for the arms and legs. The hair is at a different angle than the face.

Phoenix-Gets my vote because like MJh said its more clean and Gazza's left shoulder has like a dark line.It kinda messy.

Pheonix:
The hair mod is great, likewise the head and the body is very clean.
Gazza:
The head is good, but not as much resemblance to Nash. Plus, the letters don't quite skew(?) onto the torso.
My vote: Pheonix.
